“My State Farm agent and my mother's is located in my hometown in Central Illinois but I needed to get a form printed for my mother when she was visiting Creve Coeur over Labor Day weekend. The home office said that my mother could contact any State Farm location to obtain this form. I contacted Leianna through the State Farm website to see how I could get this form. Her response to the web inquiry was very quick and she walked me through obtaining the form for my mother even though Leianna is not our State Farm agent. Leianna's office is actually walkable from my home but I have been with my State Farm agent since I was 16. This experience just reminded me why I continue to use State Farm no matter where I live!
