This is where dreams go to die. I've never seen a more miserable staff in my life. I don't know why they are so miserable. If they don't like their life, they should make a new one for theirselves. I spend about $400 a week at mobil on the run. That's 20,000 a year. I'm sick of the rude employees at this store. I'm going to spend my $ 400 a week at Quiktrip. Mike, Ebony, and the rest are always rude. It's unbelievable to me. I think the main manager is named Judy? I've heard her bashing customers before. It's a store where they do training, so the only workers that are ever polite are the ones that have worked there a day or two. The lifers are rude and miserable. I can show proof I spend 20,000 a year at Mobil. The employees working at 345pm on Saturday, September 30th, just pushed me over the edge. See ya Mobil, wouldn't want to be ya!

I visited the Creve Coeur, MO location, and the service was absolutely horrible! The person that waited on me had a very negative, nasty attitude. I forgot to purchase something, and she responded, “I thought I asked you if you needed anything else” in a sarcastic tone of voice. The same person slammed my items and change on the counter even though I had my hand held out waiting, and I placed the items in her hand. I attempted to ask her if I did something to offend her (other than saying good morning, how are you?) and she turned and walked away without saying anything. I am taken aback and disappointed with this store and its employees.

Just a quick note about the visit to your 11109 Olive Blvd location today and the encounter with your "staff leader" Ebony. I am a senior citizen and was asking for some help regarding checking and redeeming a winning Powerball ticket. Ebony was extremely rude and short with me, insisting that I check the tickets myself on the reader at the opposite side of the store. I told her I had already done that, but wasn't sure which ticket was the the winner. Since she refused to check the 5 tickets, I gave her one which was not the correct one. She acted exasperated, as though I was wasting her time and told me to go back and check them again. There was no one else at the time and I gave her another one that was the correct one. When verified, she said "What do you want?", not congratulations or would you like the cash or additional tickets.I would consider Ebony a terrible representative of the store and On the Run and find it disturbing that this person with such a poor attitude would be training other staff members.

I ask for $60 on pump 14. I try to start fueling and it doesn’t work. Cashier says move to pump 16 to fuel bc someone card is already on pump 14!! How TF is that possible if I was the only one who paid on pump 14??? I’ll never use this gas station again ?

Extremely rude service. I walked in at 6:00am to purchase a powerball ticket, and redeem a "winning" ticket for $4. The woman behind the counter yelled at me, saying "It's too early for this." I assumed I had missed something. After completing my transaction, I said "Thank you, have a nice day." She replied "You don't!" There's another gas station and convenience store across the street.
