Outstanding community. Parc Provance was clearly built specifically for memory care purposes by professional who are experts in the condition. Meticulous housekeeping, live music twice a day, balanced meals and most importantly, compassionate staff who my mom says, “I love it here. These people will do anything to help.” Think that sums it up! They had been in another community for exactly one year prior and the difference is remarkable in their care and quality of life. Sorry we didn’t move them sooner. I’ve never seen a bad brochure, and often disappoint but this community is even better than the brochure. Every staff member who provides direct care to residents is licensed. That is also important in deeming competent and quality care. It’s the best in memory care without any competition in my opinion and the US News & World Report memory care rankings.

We had my mother in other facilities and the care was not great. We didn't move my mother to Parc Provence because of the memory care because that is not her main issue. My mom is in a wheel chair. Since we moved her to Parc Provence I never have to worry if she has been bathed, if her room is clean or if she has on clean clothes. My mom is never left sitting in her room all day by herself. She is always with people or in activities. I noticed a huge change in my mother's well being and attitude after we moved her to Parc Provence because she now has people that care about her, listen to her and talk to her. I would highly recomment Parc Provence to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Placed my mom in this beautiful facility just a little under a month ago and I cannot say enough positive things about the facility, the nursing staff and the activity staff.First, they made sure they placed her in a household where she would find friends and she has. She really enjoys them.Second, the activities keep her engaged and social and active. She loves all the music, chair yoga, etc.Third, and definitely not last, the nursing and maintenance staff have been very caring, attentive and friendly. She is a late to bed person and the nursing staff engage with her even after all the other residents are in bed.My mom is so much happier and absolutely loves everything about it and I am relaxed for the first time in 2 1/2 years knowing she is no longer bored or lonely and getting the very best care for her.

Used this facility for my father when his Alzheimer’s started to progress. They have 3 units based on their needs. Level 1 I would rate 4.5 stars. My father was still high functioning. He participated in a lot of the activities. Level 2 I would give 3.9 stars. When my father was moved to this unit I realized they don’t have enough staff to keep the residents engaged. It’s at this level that each resident needs more care but there isn’t enough staff to deliver that care. This unit is locked so residents don’t wander the facility. Level 3 is downstairs and is a little chaotic. I give this unit 3.1 stars. Not enough care for the needs of every resident exists in this unit too. When you take the tour I recommend spending 15 minutes within each unit so you get the feel for the level of care each resident receives. I do like the level of security they have in place and how clean they keep every room.

We are pleased with the level of care our father receives from the warm, caring, and attentive staff at Parc Provence. The skilled nursing personnel are observant and react promptly and appropriately when issues arise.

I can honestly say just based off currently working here the ENTIRE staff needs to be retrained in every department.

My mother is a resident at Parc Provence. While some of the staff is very caring and treats her with compassion, we have been unable to talk with anyone in management or administration about concerns. I will say they seem to have handled to pandemic relatively well and that is appreciated. We are not able to have a face to face meeting with her doctors to discuss medications. We were also pressured into moving her to the ROSE GARDEN area (which is supposed to be highest level of care, lower ratio of resident to staff) during lockdown. She has declined significantly, is now wheelchair bound completely. Her teeth are not brushed daily, and she frequently has food all over her clothes and wheelchair because although she cannot feed herself well, she is pushed up to a table with food and not given adequate help to eat. Most of the residents are usually parked in their wheelchairs in front of tv. When we were being “sold” this very expensive facility, we were told how much attention she’d get, how skilled they were with dementia care and how many activities she’d be participating in daily. This has not been our experience.

My mother has been at Parc Provence for 5 years and we have been consistently pleased with her care. The staff is attentive and any time we have a concern it is responded to immediately. I highly recommend this place.

We were initially so thrilled to have our family member stay with Parc Provence. The sales staff were kind and customer service oriented. Unfortunately, their compassion and friendliness stops there. Once you are in, you learn very quickly the care staff are mostly rude and condescending. Our options are limited with COVID19, so we feel trapped. Part of my decision in choosing Parc Provence was due to their high Google reviews. Therefore, if you are like me and the experiences of others hold value to you -- I simply recommend you pause before choosing Parc Provence.
