This gas station is right off 270/olive. It is safe, clean, and the entire area is well lit. I can pay at the pump or go inside for a bevy of snack options, toiletries, or other essentials.

I went in to this petromart gas station location on new ballas Rd today around 6pm and the employee “JO”was being irate and cussing at another employee who seemed fairly new and was not doing anything. “JO” was the name on her name tag, I wish I knew her full name to report her! “ JO” came in there and started cussing at this young man in front of ALL the customers in the store. I was VERY appalled. I have never seen such unprofessional from an employee. The young man remained calm and in no way did deserved the level of aggression the employee “JO” brought upon him. She needs to be fired. If petromart has workers that speaks to other employees in that manner I will never stop there again. I come to that location all the time and I usually do not leave reviews but she deserves to be fired. Y’all need to watch those cameras at that time starting at 6:00pm because “JO” not only was unprofessional but she verbally assaulted that young man unprovoked. In my opinion she may be racist. I can not stress enough how awful “JO” was to that employee for no reason. She literally dropped F bombs and more to that employee in front of us the customers. I will never forget this experience. She should have pulled the employee to the side if she had an issue. She literally walked in the door and started cursing at him. Everyone in the store was utterly appalled. I would love to report her to corporate or HR

The cashier with the long braids has an attitude problem. Not friendly, poor customer service, had a problem with giving me my receipt when I asked for it. Rolled her eyes and made a noise as if she was annoyed. Management PLEASE do better at hiring better quality people and not people who just there for a paycheck. Won’t be returning.

This review is specifically for your employee Courtney, she was working on the shift on 4/7 around 5:30 PM. Usually when I walk in while it's busy, I'm waiting in line for sometimes up to 10 minutes. Courtney took care of a line of approximately 6 customers by herself in less than 2 minutes. Girl deserves a raise

PetroMart is a local gas and convenience store chain with locations mostly in the St. Louis area. Stores offer Phillips 66 fuel. This location is crammed into a small lot but has 10 fuel pumps plus the C-store. The store has the typical snacks, packaged foods, grill items, coffee and fountain drinks, and refrigerated liquor and soft drinks. There's an on-site ATM machine, too. It's near interstate 270 but access back to the highway at this busy intersection can be challenging at heavy traffic times.
