Kennedy is amazing! I have never bought a car where the sales person was so accommodating! She went out of her way to assist me in finding the most beautiful car! If I ever buy another car, I will definitely be calling Kennedy. Everything went perfect and I am so happy with my new car!

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue S in mid November 2023. My salesperson was Dave Stone. He was incredibly friendly, knowlegdeable, and guided me through the whole process. When I had trouble with my debit card, Dave and Kris helped me out and ensured that I left same day with the car. Buying a used car can be a really difficult process, but there was no nonsense. It was a really smooth process where I felt I could trust Dave to give me the best deal and let me know all my options. If you’re looking for a new or used car, I would recommend Plaza BMW and Dave Stone in particular.

My husband and I worked with Dave Stone on the purchase of his new preowned truck. Dave was very personable and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and listened to the financial conditions necessary for us to seal the deal. If we return to this location we would request to work with Dave again. The only area of opportunity didn't have anything to do with Dave, but the detailing department. They did a poor job that night detailing the vehicle and clearly did a rush job. We attributed it to being late and trying to assist us to get out of there with our toddler. We informed Dave and he instructed him to return the next day. It wasn't much better so we had to take it to do it ourselves. Dave was apologetic, but as a luxury car brand I believe this service should be improved so everyone (new or preowned) can feel good about their new purchase.

This was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had with any vehicle purchase. Bradley was willing to communicate some details with me over the phone without having to step foot in the dealer. Most of the deal was completed before I ever stepped foot inside which was very refreshing from the countless amount of dealers who won’t as much let you ask a single question without you sitting in front of them. I will be returning in the future for sure.

Had a great experience trading my car in for a convertible. Kennedy was very knowledgeable and provided great service. She was able to get all the paperwork done and get me into my new car in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend. George

Kevin greeted me upon arrival, talked through the work that would be done and introduced me to the service manager. He let me know recommended work and it was completed in a timely manor. He also had the car washed and it looked great when I got it back. This was my first time at Plaza due to an experience I had at a closer dealer. I will definitely be back to Plaza from now on.

What an awesome experience! My client advisor, Steve Wingbermuehle was all ready for me at the time for my appointment. The car I was interested in was also all set up and out front waiting. From Steve to the sales manager to the finance manager - everyone exceeded my expectation by miles! Actually, each one played a part in getting me into the right car and making it a completely hassle-free, stress-free, no pressure experience. I've never had a buying experience quite like this and can't imagine a dealership doing a more perfect job! Much thanks to everyone at Plaza BMW!

I've purchased many vehicles over the last 35 years and the last 5 being only new. I purchased a BMW x3 M40i from Plaza BMW and this by far was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I've ever had at any dealership. Top notch, professionals , that really do care and listen to what you're looking for, and I didn't make it easy for them. Great job from the General Manager Gary, and Kris and Ben , your entire team, was wonderful, thank you for such a great experience, I will definitely come to you on my next purchase.

I've heard scary things about them having your car for long periods of time ...I'm on day 6. No worries though.. by day 10 it will be slight questionable

Kennedy was amazing in helping me pick the perfect car. She was patient and informative. Dave stepped in and helped with the process as well. I was treated very kindly throughout the entire transaction even thou we were there 1.5 hours passed closing time. Thank you very much for making it a painless process.

I live out of state and working with Plaza Motors and Karl H. the salesperson was a great experience. I was keep informed about the car and the steps needed to get the car home. Karl would follow up on all calls and text messages and made sure all questions were answered. It was one of the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. As per my experience there are pros and cons with plaza BMW team.Pros:1. Appointment allocation for car service was good2. Customer door drop and pickup as awesome3. Upfront price estimate communication is goodCons:1. Poor Customer service to update on vehicle repair status. No proper response.2. Lack in proper repair estimation on parts ordering3. Installation and labor costs seems a bit moreOverall I recommend as a customer and still there is room for improvement

I'm not sure what happened to this place but their service department is run like it used car lot garage. Plaza used to be known for quality and above and beyond service because their service department is so bad I am now considering looking at another brand of vehicle. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider this BMW location or anything until they fix it.
