After being blown off at one Toyota dealership and getting on the world's longest waitlist at another, we went to Spirit Lexus in our pursuit of a new hybrid SUV. Our salesman, Scott Johnson, was super helpful right from the start. The dealership didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock or allocated, but he took notes about my preferences and got me on the waitlist. He was really communicative throughout the whole process and kept me updated once the car I wanted was allocated to the dealership. The process to purchase and pick up the vehicle went smoothly, and after a fairly short time on the waitlist I'm the happy owner of a new NX 350h.

O.M.G! The experience at this dealership was awesome! EVERYONE is so.... customer friendly and the amenities for the customers and the clean restrooms, im just saying, you're at a dealership for hellas, so these things are important! But, the best part about my visit at Spirit Lexus was meeting Hazma Ray. He's so personable, relatable, honest, upfront, and definitely a man of his word. My first visit was disappointing, (that's my business) Ray assured me that if an opportunity arise that he felt I could take advantage of, he would contact me. AND he did! The car's price had deceased by $5000, he called me asap! People were after this car and Ray fought for me! His communication was perfect. I honestly feel like, he was as honest as he could be with me the entire time(yeah i said it)! He's a car salesman... i know. All you can do is visit yourself and see! ??♀️ SPIRIT LEXUS in Creve Coeur, MO. Mention this review and help a girl out.... I GOT ME A NEW CAR!!! Thank you! ?

Recently visited the dealership to purchase a vehicle listed for $43k after purchased multiple vehicles under Plaza management. Unfortunately after the dealership changed hands the dealership has gone down in service tremendously- sales person aren’t courteous and above all not not knowledgeable. Lack general follow up which they say they will do. The sales department publishes a price and if you’re not in agreement they increase the price - we noticed they increased vehicle price as we were negotiating by 1k.Will recommend people exploring other dealerships even look at some out of town as prices they offer are much more reasonable and above all the sales staff much more courteous.

Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. They helped me buy this beautiful car at a great price and worked with me to get good value on my rough trade-in vehicle. I was in a rush and they tried their best to speed things along; I am thrilled with my experience there and will definitely look at this place in the future when I am looking for another car. Joe Haley sold me the car and he was excellent.

I recently visited this dealership & had an excellent experience. Scott Johnson worked with us & did an outstanding job. He was very patient & thoroughly answered every question asked. He really went the extra mile in every way & even stayed with us well after closing time to make sure that our experience was first class. Ryan Warren, who is an expert in IT Support, also went above & beyond our expectations in talking us through all of the Multimedia & technical things involved with the vehicle. He, like Scott, spent a great amount of time with us to assure an unmatched customer experience. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

There is just not enough enthusiasm to serve the customers. Every time I come for service, the service reps feel very low energy, as if they have been forced to go to work. Ever since Spirit Lexus took over, not a single phone call from me to reach the service team has been successful. Either my phone call does not reach the service rep, or they do not care to return the callback.During my recent service, I discussed the windshield crack with Rick, and I had to remind him twice when he called to discuss the updates. It was evident that he did not make any effort to find an answer to my question. He did not mention that the oil change was not part of the 45k service, and I would not have opted for it had he clearly communicated with me. So, I ended up paying 100+ dollars unnecessarily for a service that was not required then. I also waited for nearly 3 hours to have my car serviced. Once I drove out the vehicle, I realized that the car wash was not done, and I called back the service team. A lady took my call and promised me that Rick would call back. It never happened. From my experience, the luxury vehicle service team maintains specific standards, and Spirit Lexus consistently fell short of standards.I also suspect they may need "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" training to cater to customers of all backgrounds.I am looking for a second car, and I hesitate to buy another Lexus for the above reasons. Maybe I should try my luck at Mungenast Lexus in the future for my service requirements.

We had a great experience at Spirit Lexus purchasing our new vehicle. The dealership is exceptionally clean and well kept. Joe H was a down to earth, kind and professional salesperson. He made the transaction quick and seamless. Dan was caring and worked with our budget and got us the lowest rate possible. We would definitely recommend Spirit Lexus for your next vehicle purchase.

Great experience purchasing a new ES350 at Spirit Lexus! Scott Johnson did a fantastic job as the sales specialist and the sales manager Tom Capstick was awesome as well. Absolutely love the car so far and would highly recommend checking one out if you're in the market for a reliable luxury sedan.

We recently purchased our Lexus RX500h from Spirit Lexus and were very pleased. Everyone has been friendly during the process. Our salesperson, Brian Williams, did a great job throughout and always responded in a timely manner to my calls and emails as we waited for our car to arrive at the dealer. To top it off, the car is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend Spirit if you’re looking for a new car.

Went in to get maintenance done. Came out with items stolen out of car. Called in to make a report said they’ll investigate. It has been a month later and no response every timeI call them no answer and I leave voicemails still no answer. Use this dealership when car is absolutely empty and no belongings left in it. Will absolutely be last time using this dealership. Manager has not replied or called back in a month after claiming they’re investigating. Service adviser doesn’t call back or answer his calls. 1 star is honestly too much for this dealership.

Kyle Greer made this an absolutely pleasant experience. I had been visiting and speaking with salesmen for a month and a half, with every visit/conversation my stomach was in knots and I felt hopeless. From the moment Kyle corresponded with me I could see that he was considerate and professional. When I arrived at the showroom he welcomed me and listened as we checked out the car- not discounting ANY of my concerns. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable with Kyle. Kyle offered suggestions in a patient and calm manner that led me to think out of the box. I had another appointment to see another car and cancelled. I am happy to say that he and Dan King were invaluable to my purchase. Spirit Lexus is a comfortable welcoming place- I am so happy with my new car.
