I bought a Mercedes AMG 63 from a different Mercedes dealership. With my keys in the car, it locked leaving me unable to get in even with the help of the app.
After a week of going back and forth with little to no help from the original dealer and being told I needed to tow my car from my garage to a dealer to get into it. I even tried having my on locksmith out but he wanted to charge $600 just to unlock my car!
After one week and hours of back and forth calls with the original dealer I decided to try the service department at Plaza. Craig Guenzler answered and immediately offered to come to my home in 20 minutes to unlock my car with no questions asked. I figured he wouldn’t show up or wouldn’t be able to access my car but I agreed. True to his word, he arrived immediately and within five minutes had my keys out!! Again I didn’t purchase my car from Plaza but they still went above and beyond with zero questions asked.

I have never had a bad experience at Plaza and appreciate General Manager Ellis Johnson and his entire team. They give outstanding customer service and experience is high level. They have your best interest at heart and you the customer is always the focus.

I can assure you I do exist. You just proved my point of your incompetency & negligence. I left a review because you people lack ethics, respect for your clients. I simply want to warn others to avoid a tragic mistake of ever doing business with your company. Thanks for making me right. I appreciate that - thankYou.
