THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! From speaking to Steve over the phone initially who was so lovely, to working with Hannah on my first print, to working with Lisa on my next two prints. I could not be more thrilled with their services, their quality work, their work ethic and their suggestions!! The price was better than anticipated. Getting something framed here is so so so expensive. I had a custom poster I wanted to frame and it ended up costing more than $150. It would have cost $20 if I bought the frame from Amazon with no difference in quality. Carefully consider what you’re getting framed. It might be a lot more efficient to buy frame from Amazon.

Had a small picture custom-framed here. The staff members were super helpful. They took time to help me pick mat colors, a frame, and glass. I didn’t feel hurried at all. And the end product was absolutely perfect.

I had a canvas set drawing by an architect that I wanted to framed and The Great Frame Up did an awesome job I was short of time since I was moving to Miami and they did the job in time for my move. The result was amazing totally recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Becca was easy to talk to, her and Steve kept me in the loop during the framing process. I trusted their judgment on colors/ material and they nailed it. Couldn't imagine it any better. My 2 football jerseys put a smile on my face looking at the job they did. There is alot more work, time they put into these. We'll worth the fair price. I cant wait to get these up on my wall. The pictures speak for themselves. Not even unwrapped and still look great. I will be back for sure next time!

I am so happy I stumbled upon this store. I brought 2 pieces of art that I wasn't sure how I wanted framed and Becca worked with me for an hour to help me decide. She showed me all sorts of frame and matting options and made sure that I was satisfied with my selections. I can't recommend the place enough. Becca takes great pride in her work and she has an exacting eye for details. I have never been more thrilled to pick up something from a framing store. I will definitely be back!

Steve and his team were spectacular to work with! We worked together to come up with an idea and as things progressed new ideas on how to make it even better came to Steve’s mind. I had a great time working with Steve on the design for this piece. These are four watercolour paintings of various sizes that became one beautiful cohesive piece after framing. We spent a good hour going through different colored mats to find what would compliment each piece without clashing with another. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and have gotten numerous compliments from guests in my home. Udon approves of the pieces as well! I'll be going back to frame all of my stuff going forward.
