The manager Danielle Wise is HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly at all! Took no accountability and very confused by reading all the comments how she can even still be in employed after such low ratings when it comes to her. There jacked my car up 4 years ago after I left from getting an oil change. They put something in my brake fluid and now wants to keep saying they don’t even touch the brake cap but as I told her somebody had to do it. She wants to sound so ignorant and adamant that nobody did it but never checked footage of someone did or not. This happened 4 years ago and when it happened back then my brakes were going out but she tried to tell me that if they did it wouldn’t take 4 years to start messing up! BOZO!! I said they were going out 4 years ago. My problem didn’t just start. It’s worse now because of yall! She needs to be fired but I’m definitely seeking legal action now. Played with the right one.

Every time I come here everyone is fast professional and friendly. There are three ladies, I cannot remember their names but they always get me in and out. I love coming here and will not go anywhere else!

The crew here is AMAZING! Full service synthetic oil change AND new all weather wipers — in and out in 12 minutes. It was late evening too!

Phenomenal service!!!!On Sunday, 3/10/2024 I visited this location for an oil change. Chelsea was incredible!! Her demeaner, knowledge and overall beautiful personality made this the absolute best Valvoline visit I have ever had. She walked me through how to reset my oil change light (that had been on for months because no one really explained it accurately or they just did it themselves). Chelsea was patient and really shined bright for the Valvoline name!!!!! Continue to shine Chelsea, you ROCK!!!

This location is the perfect example of five star service. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and only had to wait about five minutes to pull into the service bay. Chelsea, Mohammad, and Alfredo were assigned to my vehicle. They provided outstanding service and the communication between them was fantastic. My oil change was done in less than 20 minutes. I felt no pressure to buy additional services, which is so refreshing. I can't say enough good things about this location or the staff. I highly recommend taking your car here for your next oil change or other service needs!

This location has been honest without an upsell. No one showed me a fake dirty air filter to charge me extra. I have been there twice, and both times were the same service. I will continue to frequent those location. A+
