I wouldn't get your phones from this location. Ever since we got ours we have had I'm guessing the manager call all three of our phones monthly bugging us about if our phones are working, if we are happy with our service, and wanting to tell us about "promotions and upgrades". I have had boost mobile before and never been bothered by the person who sold us our phones before. I pay my bill each month and don't want to be bothered.

Judson is great at customer service and explaining the phone features. When I have issues he's always willing to help. He helps with everything I don't know.

I switch back to Boost Mobile from AT&T because I was sick and tired of my Bill fluctuating. Jeremy helped me out so much And he was amazing.

Kassandra is the best hands down had trouble with a phone becoming active. No one new why ghe phone couldn't be active and it being brand new. She fought hard to figure out the problem so i could leave with the phone i wanted. Im not even a boost customer yet still setting up my account. But regardless she deserves a raise

I have recently gotten my phone, little over a week ago and I have had nothing but issues with it. My experience in the store was awful and was forced to come back three different times because they did not have my phone set up or activated like they said they were going to. Come to find out after getting my phone there was issues with the phone. I couldn’t make phone calls, I couldn’t receive pictures through text or even send them. I was unable to use my hotspot which I pay extra for each month. I called the store and they told me to call customer service. After being on the phone with them for 45mins I was told I had to wait 24 hours to get a call back to fix my phone. Then both the store and customer service revised to try and fix the many other issues I was having. Overall my experience was bad and I was not satisfied.
