Terrible place, horrible employees, it’s hard to see the good people go but I do understand why, manger sucks in every way possible, don’t ever shop here if you need help finding something and don’t ever call the store because no one answers do what’s best and just go to Walmart

The self check broke and seems they don't plan to fix it as it's been down for a good while now this store NEEDS a self check out due to lack of employees and they end up with 9 plus people in line is very in convenant and most people don't have 20 plus minutes to stand in line. Certain Food items go out of stock and don't get anymore in as they can't keep sweet tea in stock either. There coolers seem to always break. Always new employees as they can't keep any around long due to low wages they pay. I am sure there theft is up as you see no one at the register at times as they are in a aisle stocking leaving a open door to those looking to grab and run. I have already seen several people come in and leave or put there stuff down and leave due to a long line.

I won't be going back to this store I will drive to barnhart from now on. they are under new management and have hired some people with bad attitudes and employees are vaping in the store.

Employees don't pay attention to customers. Store is ALWAYS a mess. Stuff in aisles. Store desperately needs better management. And the district manager lies and says he will take care of the issues. Things get better for 2 or 3 days then are right back to being disaster.

I went in to store on Plaza Way Sat. , Sept. 2 at 9:45. I know they close at 10 but this was the only time I could get a ride, can't drive self, have Epilepsy. They closed store ( and registers) while I was in store!! I NEEDED to use the $5 off if spend $25!!

Best employee in this store that they have had in a very long time hands down is Nichole she is always there and always friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. I'm a regular everyday customer I see it there's been a few times she's been there alone. She's the only worker that doesn't make customers feel bad for using coupons even the 2 past managers have talked down on people using coupons. I probably wouldn't keep shopping here if Nichole wasn't there because everyone else is rude

Christy or Kristy working was very rude to me and all I did was buy 3 things and use the self checkout and she came up to me and said “I turned the screen around so you wouldn’t use this.” so I said “Well i was standing up here and nobody was up here so I checked myself out.” and she started back talking and being rude. Will not be coming back just because of her.
