“I have been going to the Grind South for a little over a year, I have to say this is the longest I have stuck with a routine of working out and staying fit! The adult group class varies in size weekly, but I am connected to these gym members and the trainers always foster an encouraging and challenging class which has helped all of us member stay close. Tyler is a great trainer/gym manager as he always is up to date on what’s going on with us physically and even outside the gym. Dean has helped me on more than one occasion work through pain in ever aging body with simple instruction or feedback on exercises to do at home. Recently, he has made a huge difference in my athlete daughter’s injury that has been taking weeks to heal. Chico always has a challenging class and is a great motivator. So glad the Grind came to Jefferson County and I can’t wait to see it grow! ❤️”
