Very accommodating, allowing for my inability to travel, plus the last minute rush due to my previous tax preparer having a serious health issue when half way through my return. Cristy found an error my employer’s CPA made that would have cost me extra taxes; and, advised my how to have it corrected. My first time to use any other tax preparer in 33 years and JH staff made it less painful, as they were personable, professional and helpful. I’m still going to miss my friend.

Sooo very glad i stayed with Jackson Hewitt this year! With all the changes to the tax laws, my tax pro still got me my highest refund! Definitely will be back!

My husband and I were pleased with our tax process and results. Cristy was so friendly and even made sure my 10 month old was occupied and having fun, as there is a child play area and toys! She was quite knowledgeable!We will make Jackson Hewitt our regular tax place for sure. The process was smooth and fast. Thank you for all of the help!

Cristy has been helping me the last few years and she has been wonderful. Yesterday in order to get my advance we needed additional info.
