“They have a bad habit of refilling my prescriptions without me asking them to. I have made several attempts to correct this but they recently did it again with my insulin, causing me to have it in my refrigerator for a month so far and I still haven't opened it. I am not happy about this”
“I switched to Pharmax because I had issues with Walgreens in Festus not keeping my medication in stock. CVS couldn't get my correct dosage of medication and tried to have my doctor change the script in a way that would have cost me double.
I called Pharmax to see if they could help. Sure enough, the did! I got my scripts switched over, 2 out of 3 were ready with an hour. And the 3rd medicine, the one Walgreens refused to keep in stock and the one CVS couldn't get, it was ready the next day.
As an added bonus every person I encountered, whether on the phone or in person was friendlier than any other pharmacy I have been to in my whole 28 years of life. It doesnt even seem to be a customer service front. They are genuinely nice and happy to help.”
“I've spoken with the gentleman who is the pharmacist and it's probably more than one. But he would be older than the other ones. I should have his name. Now please help me a few times with questions about prescription and over the counter items. He's quite confident in what he does. And I have confidence in his knowledge. I don't live near this store. But I do see a doctor once in awhile that's nearby. This should be my pharmacy if I lived in town. But it is my pharmacy I go to when I'm seeing that nearby doctor. The staff is really friendly and professional”

“Mercy Jefferson Hospital off 61-67 has been very helpful every time I've come. I Came in to establish care with Dr. Zach Fletcher as a primary care physician & he was super nice, listened to my concerns & talked me through them! I use the My Mercy App to quickly & efficiently schedule appointments & communicate with front desk and/or the doctor. Today the medical assistant was very helpful & the medical assistant in training, Caroline was also!”

“I was down to one Dexcom G7 sensor and it failed. My prescription was at Walgreens but they were out of stock. I called CVS to check on their stock. They did have them and the prescription was filled in less than an hour. They went above and beyond to help, I was in a bad situation. Thanks for everything”
