In our time of grieving they sent us a letter in the mail to advertise there business which is very unprofessional, we will not be doing business with this company.

I rarely write reviews, but I have so much respect for the Rose Lawn crew that I felt a review was warranted:After my brother passed away, I received pricing from another local company for the burying of remains as well as inscribing my brother's name on an existing tombstone. Im located in the Washington, DC area, so I literally had to depend on the information I received via telephone as I could not visit in person. I didn't question the pricing of the other company until one of my best friends told me, "no, check with Rose Lawn". She explained what she had done when her mother passed away and what her family paid. I immediately called Rose Lawn and was completely shocked to learn I would be paying less that ONE HALF of what the other company was charging. Also, the crew at Rose Lawn was very helpful and patient. I spoke to at least three employees there and unfortunately I cannot remember all of their names; but I do remember Scott and Bernard as well as a third man being extremely helpful and entertaining my phone calls as well as three way calls with my mother!!! To top it off, Rose Lawn would not take a tip! You will not find better service or pricing in the area. Trust me I already checked for you! I believe God blesses those who serve others and I pray that for Rose Lawn. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you all so much! ?

I had a wonderful experience with Rose Lawn Monuments. My aunt passed away this past April and I had never had to decide on any kind of arrangements regarding a grave marker.I contacted Rose Lawn and spoke with the salesman, Bernard. He was so nice and listened to my worry of finding the right marker. I went in to see him and within minutes he helped me create the perfect stone. My family loved it and I know my aunt does too.Bernard reassured me that they would handle everything and he was right. There was no pressure and zero stress which was appreciated and a comfort.I was concerned if they would place a stone in another cemetery other than their own, as my aunt was to be buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in DeSoto and there was no problem at all.I’m so very thankful to Rose Lawn and their staff for their caring, considerate help during a difficult time.Kimberly Lewis

Rose Lawn is the final resting place for my Dad, and will eventually by mine as well. They have beautiful grounds that are meticulously taken care of. You not only see groundskeepers on the memorial gardens, but the directing manager working right beside them. A class act.

Best experience I've ever had at a cemetery. It is professional taken care of by very kind hard working employees, and all of my family use and will continue to use this cemetery.

Attending a burial service and not only did they nearly drop the casket, the lift was very jerked and inconsiderate, like it was a heavy item being flung upon the braces, not including a person. Also, the groundspeople were walking up with shovels in hand seconds after the prayer, while everyone was grieving and preparing to leave for repasse. None of us could believe our eyes. They are definitely in the wrong line of work. Nauseating.
