My husband went Sunday to get his hair cut. It was really bad the guy did awful. Call the next morning spoke with Tammy. She had him come back in on Monday. She fixed it. It looks so good. She was quick and very polite. As a manager she is everything she was suppose to do. We're not mad at the first person either everyone has a bad day. Thanks guys . Keep up the great customer service and Tammy is GREAT.

Bambi is great. A very sweet person and does a great job. She does not rush and takes her time to get the hair cut just right. Keep up the good work. Well worth the cost.

After going to the Crystal City location in MO. and experiencing the very POOR customer service I have experience today. I wanted to share so others could avoid the same.I will not be back and will not be referring any of my friends or relatives to this location as well.We waited 3 hours for services just to be told after two minutes of not responding their unreliable app.that we were taken off the list. The Manager on duty at the time was not at all sympathetic nor professional into bettering the customer experience given. I hope sharing this experience they would take a harder look at how to treat others and to provide better service to their customers. Thank you

Horrible son's appointment was at 4:16, but still has not been seen. Why even bother making an appointment online. There system in store is not working ? So I kindly wait ? Then yet you can sell a gift card with that same system down and not being trained on how to do it when this does happen or simply say because you have so so so many in store customers that are waiting a ridiculous amount of time that they will have to come back when your systems are back up

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I waited for 2 hours after getting multiple texts saying we were within the next 15 minutes and then we were next. On top of the screen telling us we were on deck multiple times then being kicked back to 5 minutes for over another 20 minutes. Completely ridiculous. Will not be coming back.
