Shae O’Brien is outstanding. She sets the bar very high when it comes to Bank/customer relationships. Her professionalism, knowledge on what US bank has to offer, and positive attitude is unmatched. I bank with multiple banks and because of Shae, I have decided to make US Bank my primary account of where I choose to put my money. I highly recommend speaking with her for any of your future financial needs. Thank you again Shae!

We opened an account, put all our money in it, 2 days later our account was locked. It's been a week the idiots can't seem to get it resolved. Rent is due. Would not recommend you putting your money here, not if you actually want to use it.

I've had an awful experience with US bank. Im a first time banker and they were helpful in the setup process and relayed that most of my banking will be done through their app. The app is awful. I first went to set up my savings with the app giving me much trouble and I danced around on the phone with the bank as the app indicates with no solutions for a week until I just drove to set it up at the bank. The app lacks an easily accessible customer support tab and chat, includes a poorly designed AI bot, a major lack of maintenance (links broken, features not usable, etc.) The people in the branch are kind but seldom solve my problems often just handing me a phone number to sit on hold with tech support for an hour. The app definitely needs some work and the bank needs to stop promoting on it so heavily until it receives that work.

Extremely unhelpful. Have needed to go into the branch one time in several years and was absolutely pointless. Simply needed a statement printed out since I’ve opted for paperless statements all the years I’ve been with US Bank and the initial response was unwilling to help. Had to really press to get assistance on such a minor ask.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Biggest group of lying, lazy, rude people. Refused to release funds that are available according to all other “systems” excepts theirs???? Didn’t have enough time before closing to visit a different branch, whom stated over the phone they were able to do transaction. Avoid this branch at all costs!

This branch has been closed for multiple days without notice or reason. I called customer service and they had no explanation either.EditClosing the branch for safety, then everyone goes to the next closest one not sure how that helps. Also a sign on the door and updated answering message would do wonders.

I opened an account on 8/13/21 and did a direct funds transfer to open. I went to this branch and deposited a check on 8/21/21. I stopped by the store and grabbed a few things after work on 8/23/21. Card declined-no funds available. I check online and it shows negative $69 available. What?? I scroll and it shows that I have the funds but they are on hold. I call the bank...no answer. I call another location...no answer. I call the main national phone and the gentleman I spoke to said that the check has no reason to be on hold and that even though there is over $800 showing in my account, they charged me an overdraft fee on a withdrawal I made on their ATM machine on 8/22/21. He gets on the phone to call this branch and calls repeatedly and nobody will answer. This may be the shortest time I have ever had an account anywhere. It has now been 4 days and I still can't access my money. My gas tank is nearly empty and they want me to leave work 20 miles away and drive to this location to get this fixed.

The workers are the rudest people I've dealt with. I only come here for a business account. They refuse to give us change half the time and we have to go to a different bank for coins. Also sit here for at least a half hour every time I come.

I had good customer service once with one of the managers but the drive through is horrible. Went there on June 6 and realized I forgot my debit card in the atm machine earlier that morning. I walked up the the drive through window and before I could even say anything the girl said “we’re closed”. It was 12:05 so I guess they closed 5 minutes ago. I told her I left my card in the atm machine and all she said was “come back on Monday”. I asked if anyone turned in my card and she didn’t know. I asked if I could just get $40 cash until I can come back on Monday and she said nope. She told me to go to Arnold at the branch on Vogel road (20 minutes away). It’s hard to find good customer service these days, you know a place that will go above and beyond.

In the past I received good customer service. Now it seems the staff are just not concerned with their customers. Both Outdoor ATM machines are usually out of service, so no use if you have an after hours deposit. When notifying staff of this issue, it is clear they don’t care.

Would give 0 stars but won't let u. Bank is horrible Dustine is one of the worst people in service ever.. my only question is how do you stay in business with a 1. 6 star rating... My star ratings of four out of five and my district manager still says that's not good enough. And you're at a 1. 6 out of 5 that is pathetic. All you have to do is count money and smile and be friendly!

I recently saw a review about Dustine and needed to get this on here asap and clarify she is the most KIND and helpful professional I interact with at this branch. I am more educated about banking and policy because of her. I am shocked by this locations reviews here but I guess people usually only report problems. Out of all the various St. Louis US banks I visit, the Festus location is my favorite.
