Wow, I am online looking for a place to get my nails done. Checking reviews on each site. lol trying to find a place close to home but omg the reviews I’ve read has made me decide to drive farther. This is sad to run a business so poorly. Sorry ladies.

I got my nails done here and had the worst experience of my life, literally. This women was so rude, disrespectful and even assaulted me. I got a gel pedicure French tip gel full set. Her paint job was horrible. I didn’t say anything about my toes because I had figured maybe she just wasn’t that experienced. I became my set as French tip and she applied white false tips for the set. It looked like the tip came too far down so I had asked her if we could just paint them instead. That was no issue. Upon paining them, they were lumpy and not even. So I had asked her if we could fix it. She pulled my hand to her face and pretended to not see what I was talking about. Turning my hand and squinting. I pointed directly at it and she acted oblivious and said “well what do you want me to do?!” I asked her if she could fix it. She then said “I don’t have time for this. You should not come in here if you are so picky. I will just cut them off!” I said, “no I will not walk out of here with false nails shopped off at the tip. I’m asking you to either remove them or repaint them. “ She then yanked on my whole arm pulling it forward. I have a bad shoulder and it truly hurt. I pulled my arm back and told her not to touch me like that. She said “you just don’t come in here no more!” I assured her after this experience that would not be an issue. While removing the polish she was rough on my skin and causing me to bleed. All while tossing tbh ha around having a tantrum. After she finished, the paint job was again the same and even had hair in it. I laid 5 $20’s down and began to leave. She yelled at me “it’s 95!!!!!” I responded “there is $100 there, keep the change”. Being a salon owner myself, I couldn’t believe the experience I had just had. I was trying to be respectful but once I got to my car, I just broke down crying. I couldn’t believe I had just wasted $100 and was treated so mean. I called MK nails in Sullivan and asked for Tommy. I explained to him what I just experienced. I drove all the way to Sullivan. Tommy able to get me in and fix my nails. I left MK so happy and all it took was an even painting on my nails and some shaping. I then went home and fixed my French tip myself and scrubbed the bottom of my heels as she did not do neither. All around, my 10 year old daughter would have done a better job and would not have been so disrespectful and unprofessional. I have no idea how she is even in business.

I called prior to the appt and the woman said 1100 she could see me and that it's cash payment. When I parked the sign out front cash is appreciated not cash only. I arrived at 1100 sharp and she was eating a dish holding it in her hand and watching TV. Never said hello, or anything. She pointed to a chair and kind of grunted. Very little eye contact. So I sat and put my feet in the water complimenting her on the perfect temperature of the water. She quickly finished eating, didn't wash her hands and came to the station to set up her tools. For the entirety of the session she only pointed and grunted . She was very quick and nonchalant with her her work. At one point she got my skin in the clipper and I flinched and vocalized the pain with an "ouch". Not 3 minutes later she did it again and I responded the same way, but this time I said "C'mon please be careful". She told that she was only trying to dig out the corner of the nail and didn't know I was so sensitive. She also said that if I didn't want it done right then she wouldn't do it. I said "That's fine. I just don't want you to hurt me again". After that her demeanor seemed to become more sullen and rushed. I old enough to have learned not to judge people. Who knows what's going on in her life. I actually felt bad for her. That said, I waited at the counter to pay and she continued to clean the station. After waiting another couple of minutes I confirmed the price and left a tip and exited. Customer service ranks very high with me because I believe everyone she be treated with respect and dignity. If you own a business it should be all that more important to do this. Just wanted others to know my experience so they could make abetter more informed decision to come here. This is the most I've ever paid for a manicure $30.00 with a $5 tip. Personally, the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. IMHO. Peace.

0/10 recommend. The lady was so rude and rough. Incredibly hatful the entire time and made us feel like she didn’t want us there. We were the ONLY ones in the shop. We won’t be back.

I went to the shop a few days ago and I was really unpleased with my results I left the shop and came back 30 minutes later telling the lady I was unpleased with my results and asked if she could just remove the nails I didn't ask for a refund but she refuse to take them off even though I pointed out everything that was wrong with them and then called me a liar and started being rude and even started mocking us so she left me with these horrible looking nails and all I could do was walk outServices: Gel manicure

The lady was insanely rude. Every single part of the process was just a terrible experience. Every little thing I said or asked she responded with a hateful response. She asked what shape I wanted and I told her i wanted them rounded. She asked how long and I told her kind of short. Then she literally threw the scissors at me and told me to cut them myself. She used the wrong colors(I had picked out the colors & she took it upon herself to pick different colors) my nails were super uneven & sloppy. She wouldn't fix then or listen to anything I had to say. Will NEVER be going back here again.Services: Acrylic nails
