“I was driving from Washington to Tennessee when the serpentine belt flew off my 2000 Honda Insight. Parts for this car are rare. Frogs Automotive diagnosed it quickly and literally fabricated what I needed from other vehicles to get me back on the road. My radiator reservoir also blew, and he rigged a clean Gatorade bottle as a temporary tank so I could keep moving. I made it all the way to Tennessee. He was kind, he gave me a ride to a motel for the night, and he understood that I was trying to reach my father in law in hospice. More than fair price, clear communication, zero upsell. He is an angel who saved me. Five stars.”

We broke down pretty much in front of his shop but on I70. Got towed to his place by complete accident (wasn't the one insurance picked out). James was amazing enough to help run a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my car, let us use his restroom and talked to my mechanic over the phone. He also allowed my car to stay there till the next day when I was able to have someone drive back 5 hrs to pick it up.

He was beyond respectful, caring and helpful in every way. He also very much supports military families as thats what we are. If I would have allowed my car to stay there, so far away from home. He would have been the one to fix the issue and he was VERY VERY willing to fix my car!!. He did not hesitate to help in any other way that he possibly could.

“My husband and I got stuck on the side of the road about 2 miles from this place. Clayton was the best! He helped us get food, to and from our hotel while he worked on our car. He worked quickly too! It was really a blessing to have met him! Thank you so much.”

“I have been at Bommarito St. Peter’s location. I really like the sales rep John Didion however, the way management forces there procedure to gain a sales is something left to be desired. You have to fill out an inordinate about of paperwork just to receive what the going interest rate is. I think they should really entertain the dinner and a car program. We were there for 7 hours. When we were finally to told what the interest rate and payment was going to be we were starving! Oh btw, I know you hear price is always the problem, however this one was comical. They came in and gave us the price they would like to get and the second price is the one online. I at that point was to be amazed how much we would have paid if they listed at the first price that was never posted.”
