“The team at the cash registers was absolutely ? PHENOMENAL! My card was deactivated because I'm not a regular shopper at Old Navy. Attempts to gain immediate assistance from Barclay Coorporate office failed. Despite forty minutes on line, the team remained patient and professional. I received excellent, attentive service throughout the tedious process. I'll sing praises to the Old Navy team, Lake St. Louis! I will be a regular shopper!”

“Was shopping last week with my sister and brother-in-law who has dementia and when we entered the store one of the employees Julia opened the door for us and even stayed with my brother-in-law during the whole shopping process. She was amazing and such an asses to the store. She was patient and kind and soooooo helpful. Can't thank her enough. She went way beyond and above.!!! We were even able to satisfy Jerry with his purchases and that is really a plus.”
