This location is disgusting. Every table is dirty. The soda machine, the doors and the windows are so filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Baseboards have just fallen over and laying near the wall. So much dirt, gouges, and missing paint on the walls. I’ve seen inner city gas station bathrooms cleaner than the one here. Honestly waiting to see if I get food poisoning if their guest area is any indication of the kitchen.

I ordered a build-your-own bowl and a cup of guacamole through GrubHub. It took almost 45 minutes and my poor driver just sitting for something that just has to be thrown together. When I got the order, it was cold, and my driver drove straight to my house from the restaurant, a 10-minute drive. Furthermore, the fajita vegetables were very large sliced pieces of peppers, and the "guacamole" was just 3 very large pieces of avocado stuffed in a cup. I couldn't even eat it because chips broke whenever I tried to break up the avocado. The avocado wasn't even ripe, so I set it in the fridge and will attempt to make my own guacamole when it fully ripens. This entire order was pure laziness.I try to avoid this location after a horrid, disgusting health department review from a few years ago but didn't realize my order was sent there instead of to the Highway K location until it was too late.

Employees this evening were very rude, laughing at my daughter and her boyfriend, forgot to give us two items we ordered, then when my daughter went back in to get the two items missing - they kept the receipt.

Told my wife not to bother online ordering while we were at target as places like this usually have quick and friendly service. Pull up to the restaurant on a weekday night probably around 5-6pm and there is a crudely taped hand written sign on the door saying "online only". I take the walk of shame back to the car and tell wife we are,in fact required to order online. We then had to wait in the car for the time told to us. I go into the store and then have to wait another 10 mins with a bunch of other customers as confused and unhappy as myself. When we get home and get the food open there was no lettuce or tomato salsa even though it was on the order for all three of the burrito bowls. Now I dont know if that was just a freak bad day for the store but it was the first time I went there for an instore experience and didn't have it doordashed and I was thoroughly turned off.

As a brand, we love Qdoba. This location is routinely dirty. Over half the tables were dirty, even though there were multiple workers and just a few customers. There were chunks of food on the tables. So gross. Please clean the tables and create a better atmosphere! Disappointing.

This location is the closest to my house, however, there’s always something with this location. When ordering online, they get the order wrong all the time. The Manager’s has made it right on some occasions, but on other occasions they tell you they will make it right, and you never hear from them. Once you call, no one knows anything about it.Ok, that’s fine no more online ordering. We started going in order. It was going well until now we get turned around stating there’s online ordering only. This has happened multiple times; I would love to order online, but seems I can’t due to having to spend additional time that I don’t care to spend with having to straighten out a food order.My family love Qudoba and we have spent a lot of “hard earned” money with this location. However, tonights incident is it for me. I will have to drive out my way or go to another dining selection, it’s starting to not be worth the hassle.

The people that work there have always been good but you never know if the dining room will be open to order. Too many times I've gone to this store and it's "online orders only." Be aware

All the employees here are nice. Typically give the benefit of the doubt, but the last 4 times I've been here, they were out of major protein and other ingredients. I'm coming between 5-630pm. Typical dinner time. They should plan better for evening rush. Until I see improvement, 2 stars.

Was greeted when I walked in. They were very friendly. The portions and food were very good.
