Went in to see what our upgrade options were and the two guys working were great! Kenny was super helpful and both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks again!

I had a lot of issues switching my business phones over from Sprint to Tmobile during the merger and many things have frustrated me but I will say today I really appreciated Kenny at the store going above and beyond.I walked in with a phone that was older thinking I needed to replace it and we were set on it but Kenny then noted it was a Sim Card issue and he replaced it and it worked perfect!I didn't know and he could have easily sold a new device and stayed quiet but instead he told us and suggested trying that first. If management reads this they'll be upset that he didn't try to sell something but Kenny will know he did the right thing and I'm appreciative for that and will go back to him when I have issues. Thank you Kenny

Twice in a row they decided to close an hour early for some reason.

Avoid! They close whenever they want despite the hours listed on Google and their door. They don’t greet you when enter the store either. If you don’t want to work, just close the location!

Decided to try Wentville store after trying to get a 5g router added to my account in Dardene Prairie. Walked into this store and got great service and the gentlemen I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always, repeat always, go to the Wentzville store instead of the Dardene Prairie store.

What a joke!!! The 2 bros working around noon time on 11/18 were much more concerned with their lunch order than helping us. These guys didn't offer to help us even though we were the only customers in the store, initially. They were so annoyed by each question that was asked, and they were the most unhelpful people we've ever come across in a phone store. A phone was making an alarm noise and they weren't even trying to power it down, even though it was driving everyone in the store nuts. When we said all 4 of us in the family needed new phones, it was obviously the worst news I could've given him. We chose this store because it was reviewed better than the rest in our vicinity. We chose poorly. This horrific experience is why we are changing all 4 lines to Verizon, as they seemed happy to have our business and not burdened by it. Sorry to bother you, TMobile.

I went in because I had a Galaxy watch that I had just received. I was concerned about the charges. Kendrick answered all my questions and assured me it was all good. He then asked if I would like him to set the watch up. I decided to allow that because they can zoom thru set up's. He was very kind and patient. The only bad part is that they moved to a location farther away from me.

Why does this store refuse to help activate a phone that was ordered from another location? Am I less of a T-Mobile customer? Especially annoyed that I waited in line patiently for 20 minutes with the unopened box in my hand before being informed of this.

Service in St Charles County is spotty as hell but the prices and bundles are better than every one of the other carriers. This particular location is pretty horrendous with the folks working in store. Do not work with "Kenny", repeat mistakes when starting our service that required multiple trips to this store to fix.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan, terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

Stay away! They aren’t corporate owned and I instead of being greeted I was asked by all 3 kids working there if I wanted to buy them lunch!! Several times! I even asked “How are you in business?” His response “We sell things.” I was only there to update my payment info for the cheap $50 Internet bc 2 trips and 2 phone calls were not enough. It still took running my card 3 times so I will be watching my account like crazy and if I have fraud. I know where it came from!

The customer service was great and they was very helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff. I bought the gateway home internet and I give that one star becuase it didn’t work for us. If you have lots of devices like 34 on the network this won’t work that great. The bars showed 4 bars and the speeds ranged from 0 to 260mps. For whatever reason it dropped three times in 24 hours and we would lose access but the gateway showed it was working fine. I know people that have it and it works great for them becuase they don’t have smart home stuff or security system on the internet.

Absolutely hands-down the best help that I've had from any T-Mobile. They walked me through and explain every process every application.

I visited this store today(1/17/23) to activate my line, the guy(with red hair) at the counter seemed to have no interest to help the customer, he pointed to call customer care few times in the conversation, literally no respect while speaking, I visited few times before and never experienced this kind of service from other agents. Really disappointed this time, Decent customer service is very important, hopefully he will improve that.

Me and my father went in there to activate a phone we brought in. The guy activated the sim card and charged us money but failed to be sure if the phone was compatible with 5g. And it wasn't. Told us he couldn't refund the activation money but gave us a phone that we had to pay sales tax on. He then told us he was giving us a screen protector and case for free because of our troubles but that was a lie. We was charged anyway on the next bill. Spent 2 and a half hours in the store. He screwed up but just kept blaming Sprint. When all he should have done first was make sure phone was compatible. He didn't have to lie about it all. Really terrible
