“The location is very clean and professional, and the staff is friendly and professional as well, but the price per mile is outrageous in my opinion. As a consumer, I was hyper-focused on the rate of $19.95/day for the pickup truck because we only needed it to move small items, but because of the mileage, we paid more than we budgeted for, that's my only complaint. Other than that, the service was excellent!”

“Far better than the poorly-managed dump on Manchester in Ballwin. I’ll drive a little further to be treated well.
This is the U-Haul location you want!
I've had some really terrible experiences with other locations. Not here. In fact, this place is the polar opposite of that dump on Manchester in Ballwin.
Staff is courteous, prompt, professional and takes serving the customer seriously. Quick and easy to rent equipment or have propane tanks refilled.

“I almost spent close to $2,000 to pay for moving instead I decided to do it myself I like this particular location more than any because I feel like it's family-owned and they are very nice people it's a mother and a daughter that I know of some of the nicest people I've met in years thank you so much and it didn't cost me even $300 maybe. But I've rented a 20 foot a 15 ft and 2 10-ft trucks. That's quite a few trucks”

“I was able to drive into the property and tell them what was wrong. They told me to drop my trailer and pull up to the the bay turn truck off and turn in my keys and they would get to me as soon as possible. I did as they instructed and as soon as I walked out of my truck, they were coming to pick up the keys and take the truck into the bay. Took him about 30 minutes to do the easy repair that I needed and I brought the truck back and I was ready to go. I highly recommend getting work done here if you get a chance. One drawback they have a drivers lounge, but it is very small. There’s no TV so if it’s a nice day, I would just sit outside.”
“Staff was great. System was down but they worked it out so we could be on our way before and after. Van was great. This is my second time renting a van for a short move <4hrs. Last time I rented from Home Depot in Chesterfield. They don't have any vans at Wentzville Home Depot but saw this in Google search. MUCH more affordable. Will use this location again and recommend highly to friends and family.”
“The service was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, with this being my first time renting a car, I was not well-informed of the various charges I would have above the base rate for the rental. I wound up paying double what I was originally quoted.”
