“The employees that work in this huge facility are amazing and very helpful, but the sliding door to the storage building didn't work properly and it made evening dropoffs very difficult.”
“My experience at U-Haul was excellent what I like most about the service at U-Haul is that the process is very simple and easy and the rental vehicles are always in great shape. I’ve been using U-Haul since the 1980s and would not consider anyone else. I’ve always been 100% satisfied so I’ve never thought of using anyone else else and I’d like to give a shout out to Matt the guy that works at the O’Fallon and K U-Haul place extremely nice guy very he represent the company very well.”
“I almost spent close to $2,000 to pay for moving instead I decided to do it myself I like this particular location more than any because I feel like it's family-owned and they are very nice people it's a mother and a daughter that I know of some of the nicest people I've met in years thank you so much and it didn't cost me even $300 maybe. But I've rented a 20 foot a 15 ft and 2 10-ft trucks. That's quite a few trucks”
“I have a shopspacw there. The owner is super working with you.also have 2 storage spaces and my son has one. I recommend these folks.
and my son has one.”
“I was able to drive into the property and tell them what was wrong. They told me to drop my trailer and pull up to the the bay turn truck off and turn in my keys and they would get to me as soon as possible. I did as they instructed and as soon as I walked out of my truck, they were coming to pick up the keys and take the truck into the bay. Took him about 30 minutes to do the easy repair that I needed and I brought the truck back and I was ready to go. I highly recommend getting work done here if you get a chance. One drawback they have a drivers lounge, but it is very small. There’s no TV so if it’s a nice day, I would just sit outside.”
“Staff was great. System was down but they worked it out so we could be on our way before and after. Van was great. This is my second time renting a van for a short move <4hrs. Last time I rented from Home Depot in Chesterfield. They don't have any vans at Wentzville Home Depot but saw this in Google search. MUCH more affordable. Will use this location again and recommend highly to friends and family.”

“I know the gentleman that owns Manchester Leasing and I would highly recommend you call them if you are in need of a car to lease or establishing a new business.”
“The service was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, with this being my first time renting a car, I was not well-informed of the various charges I would have above the base rate for the rental. I wound up paying double what I was originally quoted.”

“Our local enterprise truck rental always works hard to have the trucks ready for us for our Marching Band competitions! Recently I voiced an issue with one of the rentals and was promptly spoken to by staff who explained things thoroughly and addressed the issue directly. Highly recommend this location.”
