I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I will always choose De Soto over Festus/Crystal City. The manager Shawn knows what he is doing and can help with a problem that seems unfixable. 100/10 in my opinion.

The employees at the DeSoto MO ATT store are very friendly and extremely capable. I have a store much closer to my house, but I am always satisfied with the service at the DeSoto store.Ciara and Shawn where able to resolve my problems and went beyond and above with their service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They gave me a great deal on internet and tv! I also got the new iPhone 15 pro max quickly and with ease. Shawn and Ciara helped me out and were amazing! I will definitely be going back to this location for all tech products!

The manager has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about their products and very nice.Due to a mix-up we ended up accidentally purchasing our phones by phone instead of in their store (when I responded to a link on their webpage, and ATT from a remote site said she was calling me as support staff, and told me when my phones arrived to take them into the store ), and even though they were not getting credit for our purchase they were incredibly helpful to us and responded to all our questions and assisted us in setting up our new phones.I will go back to them when I need to upgrade the next time.

When it comes to service & help, the right pricing and knowing how to approach/answer questions/concerns/needs this store is not it.I have had so much trouble through At&t….even some troubles I had through the customer service representatives on the phone, I just simply don’t want to deal with this company. Although they were nice people at this location… none of them seemed to want to help or even know what they were doing. I don’t expect perfect but even being nice I was drug around through a store and customer service reps for over 6 months it’s ridiculous. I still did not get what I was told. My situation is so ridiculous I would write a book just to put it on here. Just know, double check everything, ask questions. Because at the end of the day, they have a job and they do have to make sales but customer service should most definitely be put first.

I traveled up the interstate for a hour and a half ,I've had my watch not work since I've bought been to several stores and have spent hours on the phone 30 hours almost,Brandon. (Ithink) the manager got my watch working as I was getting ready to give up and leave. 30 mins or so ...thank you for helping me I will definitely be back to that location

I went and got a new phone when my other wasn't paid off yet, so they added a line. Instead of putting insurance on the new phone, the guy put it on the old one. Not sure how much it cost me yet, but don't bother going here. They don't know anything

Got a new S 22 in the mail and was having a little trouble figuring out everything I need to do with the new and old phone. Took it to this ATT store to ask for help. A gentleman in his 50s, who had worked in the grocery business, waited on me. I did not get his name. He took my new and old phone and did the entire set up and transfer of data for me while carrying on a pleasant conversation. This guy absolutely knows what customer service is! Many businesses have no idea anymore how to treat a customer. Keep in mind I did not even purchase from this store but this guy was awesome. He made my day so much less frustrating. I thank him very much for that experience.

Not 1 person in this whole place knows what they are doing. You go in and they set you up for one thing and lie about pricing, get your bill and its not the service you agreed to or the price you were told.Example: set my son up for first net friends and family and he in fact is AT&T and Bill is 35$ more a month then I was told. Went in store to straighten it out and out of 3 workers not 1 could help on their fancy lil tablets, spent hour on phone with customer service got him approved for 1st net and they still couldn't finish the set up in store, the rep on phone even felt like they weren't doing their job right and asked for his employee I.d. and he hung up on her!! I'd recommend driving further to a different store!!

The store representatives were very thurough and professional, as in, they installed screen protectors for our new devices. My wife and I respectfully declined but they also offered to transfer our current device over to our new device. Big thumbs up Desoto AT&T, 5/5, will return again. (Excelent sales job on the new cases, as well). Very friendly and welcoming environment.
