He filed our taxes 3 months late (documents were sitting with him for 2 months) and forgot to include an entire section (rental) so now we have to amend. Would never go with him again.

As a mortgage lender, some times clients can't find tax documents or needs help sending them over for loan approval. Rick and his team was extremely responsive and very helpful to me and our mutual client. It's tax season and he still took the time. Great service!
