Do better Walgreens. If you are having Pharmacist shortages change your time on the messages you send out saying you are open until 9pm. I got a text that says you close at nine. I got a phone call that said you close at nine and the Internet says you close at nine but no you closed at six.
Thank God my medicine wasn’t needed urgently.
Edit o got a phone call and text at 7:15pm to let me know they closed at 6:00pm

I love my Walgreens in DeSoto, MO. Wonderful staff, clean and well stocked store! It brings out the kindness in us all!!! I am thankful for this store and its associates!!! Happy Cat loves what I bring home for her!

Walgreens are terruble in desoto festus but westland pharmacy are the best you know you need your meds when a place refuses to give it to you are tell you you have to wait and your sick needing it they care less smile tell you to move on it gets agavating so you go to westland some times you may not get full scrip but enough to keep you intill you get what u need Im wondering what happen to love and carying wanting to serve then walgreens greed and take and take desoto walgreen was good intill they got greedy and less about the costomer guess all walgreens follow suit mom and pop pharmacy are the best

Waited in line for her to say it would be 10 minutes, didn’t bother to tell me they were closing for lunch, came back and they were closed for lunch till 2:00! Why can’t they take lunches separate so people can still get medicine when they need it. Then I was told they were waiting for doctors authorization. A doctor sending a prescription to them would be a doctor authorizing it, so stinking frustrating!

I felt uncomfortable when a manager and cashier needed to face the store, but it felt like I was being watched. I couldn't find a product and when I asked about it they didn't take me to where the brand was so I could look. After not helping me, the cashier asks, "Are you ready to checkout then." I wasn't but after that I was. I will be switching my family's meds to CVS after years at Walgreens. When I called they denied what they did, so this is my response to their unprofessional service.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. They are so slow it takes almost 3l0 minutes everytime. I switched pharmacies snd never have a problem.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy and ignorance all around. Save yourself a lot of run around/trouble, go anywhere else!

My husband and I have been with this Walgreens for years...we have never had a problem. We have loved the people who work there. Today I called to pick up my husbands drugs, as he is in the hospital. I was treated by some extremely rude, actually horrible person who was nasty to me. Like I was trying to get away with something. I have always been able to pick up his meds with no problem, as he told them a long time ago I could pick them up for him. I very seldom say bad things, but this b**** needs to be out of contact with customers. I am actually shocked. What has happened to your staff!!!!

They made my mom wait well over an hour for her appointment and they were rude to her. Very grungy looking crew, not professional at all. The local Walmart pharmacy looked much more professional except they were out of what she needed. I hate that place and I will never get anything there again.

Seriously need another method for pick up and drops offs. I know you all are busy, but the waiting period for prescriptions is increasingly rediculous.

Made my mom wait for an hour and a half for a 10:30 a.m. appointment and they were rude to her. Very unprofessional grungy looking crew. And then the nasty looking tattooed pharmacist deliberately hurt my mom with a shot. They're not going to get away with this.
