I ended up going into the store later that day without the printed labels I needed to ship my items, but Larry saved the day and printed them for me. Fast forward to today, and I went back to Postal Plus to ship a bunch more stuff. I was greeted by my new favorite pups, Jackson and Stella, as well as multiple other employees who were just as friendly. All in all, this place is the very best, and I will 100% be coming back. “I needed to ship some pictures and picture frames. Although I brought my own box, it wasn't a good size for my items. An associate, Sue, noticed my struggle to get everything in the box and that's when her customer service skills took over. Sue helped me find the right size box and made sure things were packed in a way to get them through the mail damage free. Thanks to her efforts, my items did arrive on time and without damage. This kind of customer service is rare today. However, I greatly appreciate it and was pleased with my experience here.”
