Jacob was beyond helpful. I called to ask about a product and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When I picked up my item to purchase he had amazing customer service and was very easy to chat with and gave me help deciding between two products. The employees are overwhelmed, they need more help in the shoe department. Someone to run for shoes, someone to be in the department at all times.
