I am seriously irritated at the terrible website that Fedex operates. It is impossible to print and checkout a few posters without having to have multiple tabs and download each image, etc. Something needs to be done about this. Maybe if they would fix it I would come back but for now I'll be printing my posters at walgreens.

I had a complicated print job that turned out to be more than this location was really set up for — but Crystal worked with me through every twist and turn to make sure we got it right. Multiple Zooms, file checks, back-and-forth — and she stayed kind, patient, and professional the whole time. Huge thanks to her for seeing it through. The final piece looked great.

Rachel was fantastic! She called me to let me know they didn’t have the matte finish in stock that I had ordered and then went out of her way to get my poster printed at a different location and then drive it back to the original location for me to pick up in time. Very much appreciate!

Dropped off a package for express delivery and it did not show online. Jordan was most helpful in finding and scanning my package to be sent out for delivery. Tammie not so much.

Just be aware that they don't have any photo paper here so not a good place to print photos. It's a pretty bare bones fed ex really just a drop off point and a place to print documents and fax.

The manager at this store has very poor customer service skills and is rude to the customers. She charged an elderly man an additional $2.50 fee to copy 10 papers because he didn’t know how to work the copier then when he asked her to staple them she told him to do it himself at the self serve. Come on…

I went there today (Sunday) at 3:10pm to make a drop off and they were closed. I googled there hours for Sunday and it said that they were open until 6:00pm. Very disappointing, because I made a special trip. Now I have to go back again tomorrow. Not good!

If you can avoid it, have anyone other than Tammie help you. They are one of the most abrasive people I've ever met. I initially thought that maybe they were having a bad day, but now after a few more interactions I realized that's the way they are

The people working here are quite tough, and one of the women nearly yelled when speaking to me. I ended up leaving without shipping what I needed due to the poor service.

Came in needing to print a passport picture—I was sent over by the Walgreens across the street. The gal behind the counter raised her voice and got very agitated, witnessed by others in the store. I left in tears. Strong customer service

This was the absolute worst display of customer service I have received in a long time. I came to simply print some documents and be on my way. The files were not supported at the printer so I had to use their computer for $0.75/minute. I did have some questions as to how to send my documents to the new printer and Tammie told me “hold on, by the way we close at 7pm, not a minute later.” I acknowledged that and said I simply wanted to print some documents and get out. She told me it was probably best to try another location since it was getting near close. At that point, I asked her how one could send the files to the printer SHE directed me to and she stated she wasn’t trained to do that but the Brentwood location should be able to help. Tammie had no desire at all to assist me in any shape. I asked her how could I log off the computer, stop the time I was being charged and get a receipt. She told me to come back the following day. Very disappointed and utter waste of my time.

I feel that all the workers at this location hate their job. Very slow, really rude and unprofessional. I gave the location one more chance, and it was just as bad as the other times. Will continue to drive the extra miles to deal with the great staff at the Ellisville location.

Pretty disappointing experience. My package had a label, two employees were present without any customers, they asked me to walk to the self scan area to get a receipt and walk the package back to give leave the package on the counter rather than help me. Not the end of the world but both employees were chatting and using their phones. Why have employees present onsite if they are going to have the customer do all the work and not help them? Does FedEx also want to take responsibility for unattended packages left on the counter after giving drop off receipts?
