Most rude and racist footlocker location I've ever been. Don't ever go this location. They just hate their life and will take it out on you.

Most prejudiced place I’ve ever been to. We asked one guy for help and I had never seen someone so uninterested in helping. My sister asked him for a shoe size and he never came back. Did everything to ignore us. My sister then went by the counter and the other employee didn't realize she was standing there and the employee goes “yeah his mood completely changed the second he saw those people walk in” pointing to my family. Mind you, we’ve never been to this store before. He had no reason to hate us, he judged us based on our appearance and just didn't want to help. I’ve never felt so discriminated against until I came to this store. The other employees, especially the women, were very helpful though. They remained nice and courteous.

Here's a tip for all customers who plan on buying from footlocker: Before you buy, go on line and check out the prices compared to in store prices!
On line prices will have the exact same thing for half the price of the in store product!
Make them match the prices or else get screwed into paying over the price value!

I bought a pair of shoes and was sold a sample shoe. I asked for a brand new pair. I returned the shoes and they supposedly ordered me a brand new pair. The sample shoe was stretched out from people trying it on. When I received my "new" order they shipped me the exact same defective shoes!!!! Don't shop there. This was my first and last time.

Manager is not focused on taking care of the customer. Rather than helping, he told me to contact Nike. After I asked multiple times how I should do it, he did not provide a phone number, email address or any other contact information. Value is terrible. I paid $69 for a pair of size 2 youth Nikes, and they fell apart in less than two months.
