Chloe was super sweet, had an item that was damaged and i somehow missed it and they discounted it for me, store was super clean and the workers were very sweet! id recommend coming!

My daughter and I went on her 16th birthday to the mall. We met an employee, Chloe and we had the MOST helpful experience. She was nice, positive and very helpful. Will always visit this location from now on!

Don’t trust this location to hold items for you. Was told there was a shirt I was looking for in my size and when I get there they go “oops someone must have taken it”. No apology or anything. I was super excited for this shirt and drove 40 mins away for it. Horrible service. I wouldn’t doubt if one of the employees took the shirt for themselves.

The shop is ok, staff is nice. They just didn’t have the items we had seen in their website and app. Apparently they don’t always have the same things online and in store so…didn’t buy anything this time. Other than that the store looks good!

Staff is so rude. Only one person was actually working and helping. Ask for some help to look for a dress and she looked in one spot then started to talk to her friend and laughed.

This is a very COOL ?clothing store and they are also bringing back the hippie stuff from the 70's plus cute coats & matching hats & purses at moderate pricing.

Took my 17 year old daughter to look for an outfit for a concert she’s going to. Experience was terrible. No workers around to ask for help, everything is unorganized, clothes everywhere, cashiers take forever waited in line over 30 minutes. Forever 21 is not what it used to be. Clothes feels so cheap.

Service terrible! False advertising on rack and instead of them honor them the manger came and said it was wrong with a nasty attitude. Terrible customer service. From upper management on down. Will never shop at this location ever again.

Clothes all over, long lines, really hot in the store. Stepdaughter wanted a few things for we waited. But the workers wanted to talk more than check the customers out or go pick clothes up.

Shopping with my niece. My only complaint is that dressing rooms are not open. This is a major dissatisfier. I have previously left because of this, but this time she just tried on clothes over her clothes. Not sure if this is related to covid: or due to lack of personnel. Whatever the reason, it needs to change. Also mirrors covered up with racks of clothes.

I had to return a pair of shorts and the worker was so nice. only complaint would be dressing rooms still are not open.
