wanted to buy one shirt but the sensor was right through the back of it so I knew there would be a fat hole. wanted to buy another shirt but they couldn't find it, even though it was showing in stock. staff was nice though

Visited today to find some blind boxes and Taylor was super helpful deciding which to go with and celebrated which one I pulled with me! Super sweet and kind staff!

The selection is amazing and the workers are very kind welcoming and helpful to all. I don’t purchase often as I feel things have gotten more expensive however their sales are always amazing and they have something for everyone!

I love this hot topic! It's always clean, has great merch in a variety of sizes, and everyone is always so nice! I was so excited about one of my fav comic book covers being on a shirt (I had painted it before because I loved it so much and the employee Makayla was so sweet and listened to all my yapping 100 stars for Makayla and quality customer service*).
Always worth a visit ??

Workers were super sweet and helped me the whole time. They held my items for me while I went to the bank to get a WHOLE NEW CARD because someone had made a fraudulent purchase a month prior, and the bank decided they needed to shut the card down right then instead of when the purchase was made! Got help from Dane, but all of the employees were so sweet and helpful.

This Hot Topic is better than the location in South County. Their band shirt selection is honestly worse, but their pop culture stuff is of a better and more relevant variety. In many ways, this location keeps with the traditions of the franchise, despite the unimpedeable change that is so disheartening. They also have a very good enamel pin selection right now.
They will be able to meet most of your "Hot Topic" needs.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! The man who has long hair and wearing a beanie that works there was ignorant and spoke to me with such disrespect. I believe he’s a manager. I went to put something away to which he replies “obviously that was out for a reason” then proceeds to give me a nasty look while snatching it out of my hands. I planned on shopping more however I kept getting dirty looks from that man the rest of the time after that situation took place. I went right ahead and put my items back and walked out. I have NEVER been treated with such nastiness at a Hot Topic in my time of shopping there. I DEFINITELY will not be returning to that location anytime soon. I would love to give a zero star rating if I so could.
