Had a terrible experience here today. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. No one asked if I needed help and when I was attempting to grab a sweater in my size, two sales associates stood next to me laughing about something on a personal cell phone. Then when I went to try it on, an associate entered my dressing room without knocking or asking if it was in use. I hope management is reading these reviews as my experience seems consistent with others. Richmond Heights location is much better!

I visited this store today and had a very disappointing experience with all the staff. No one asked me if I needed help. They were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, making my visit unpleasant and leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. Why would a customer spend their money here, just to be treated badly.
At one point, I was standing and looking at something in an area where there wasn’t much space behind me. A staff member, who could have easily taken another route to the cash register, chose to come up directly behind me and expected me to move. There was ample space elsewhere for her to walk, yet she made it a point to go through that narrow spot. This behavior was unnecessary, weird, and disrespectful.
I couldn’t help but feel that some of the reason for their horrific attitude was related to the fact that I am a person of color. This is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. No customer should ever feel unwelcome. I felt really, really uncomfortable.
I hope you take this matter seriously and address these behaviors to ensure that your store is a welcoming place for ALL customers. This type of behavior is never acceptable.

Absolutely shop there , lovely clothes. Specially on holidays sales , sales events , is clean and organized. Highly recommended.

I’m a huge LOFT fan typically, I love their clothes and enjoy the price point. I typically have wonderful service as well, however today I had an absolutely horrible experience at the LOFT West County in STL. Neither employee spoke to me, my Mom or Dad the entire time we were in the store. Then one of the employees went outside to talk on her cell phone even though I was asking her a question. We just left and will not be back.
