I had to go back to the store twice in the past week to get security tags removed from the clothing that I bought, one of which was visible, the other hidden in a pocket. I live an hour away from the nearest store, so it’s rather inconvenient and expensive to have to drive up to the store. As a loyal customer to Lululemon, I am disappointed.

I shopped at this lulu yesterday and I’ve never been more discriminated in my life! To start I’m not one to leave reviews and to talk negatively about a store but the register associate who checked me out today was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a while. I went up to check out my purchase and kindly asked her to apply my healthcare discount because I find if you don’t ask they don’t do it and this lady looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look and asked to see my ID! Never at any other lulu have they once asked me that! I kindly gave her my ID and she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded my checkout. If you have a lady who is blonde and has short curled hair good luck! Definitely will not be returning!

Hailey was incredible. Was able to help me find a product that was not in store and order it online + help me with an online order issue.
Recommend asking her for help - very nice!
Plus after a hard time with online shopping - shipping delays and order issues, it was nice comin in store and getting things taken care of face to face. Merry Chiminous

The workers at this location are beyond condescending and rude. They have some sort of superiority complex and think they are better than the customer. If they are so good & better than everyone then why are they working there instead of shopping? Being jerks is not the way to carry yourself in customer service settings.
They judge you by appearance and assume if you are not decked out in all Lulu that you cannot afford to be in their “premium” store.

They helped me get my perfect pants! The specific size wasn’t on the floor but there was clear communicating to get them, which I seriously appreciate. Thanks for all your help!

I usually online shop but decided to shop in the store. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and asked if I needed any help to which I said no. 5 minutes later another worker asked if I needed help to which I kindly said no and that I’m just looking. Picked up an item and the same worker asked AGAIN if I needed help finding my size or color not even 2 minutes after they asked the first time. I proceeded to, once again, say no kindly and they continue talking to me about the product! I almost wanted to say “let me shop in peace, if I need help I will find you” but I just left as I was getting irritated.

I don’t really leave reviews but the attitude of one worker was awful. Like how are you going to be rude because I was kind about not needing help right now. It was my first time shopping there and definitely won’t be back so thanks I’ll order online. Good you don’t do sales.

This was a few months ago but it was the last time I’ve walked into a Lulu store, was greeted by a woman at this location who proceeded to look me up and down and tell me that they had low stock on bigger sizes because they had just changed their location from upstairs to downstairs. Made me feel awful in my own body. I wear a size 8 for reference.

This location is the rudest I've ever been to. Associates will repeatedly walk past without greeting me or seeing if I need help. 3 times this has happened. I will not be shopping with Lululemon any longer.

Return policy is not good. Didn’t have a very good experience with this store. Ended up calling up customer service and received an exception. In store associates are very pushy as well I’m sorry but you guys lost a customer.

First time at this Lululemon. We came on a Monday at the beginning of July and it wasn’t busy at all. We got helped right when we walk into the store. We got everything we wanted and more. The staff were very helpful to make that happen. Tons of parking available outside the mall.

I went into this store with my son as we were both looking for winter coats. We met David and once we made our way to the fitting room David kept asking my son to model and he kept touching him but wouldn’t check in on me. My son felt uncomfortable and we decided to leave and buy online.
