Came all the way to the mall just to buy some lotion here, its 3pm on a Saturday and they are closed. It did snow today but the rest of the mall is open! We drove 20 minutes to get here so it's very disappointing

I love going to the location! Every single time I've gone in there I've always had a positive interaction. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure that you leave the store happy. One instance of this would be when I took my younger sister in there, she is sensitive to most scents and can only use certain soaps. One employee was extremely helpful with finding soaps made out of oat milk and didn’t have any of the scents that she is sensitive to, even though my sister was a bit stressed the employee was still extremely helpful. The employees always make small talk to make sure that there is a positive interaction. I met the manager on Tuesday and she was also extremely nice and was very happy to hear that my friends, family, and I have always had a positive interaction there. Truly one of the best stores in the West County mall and it's always a delight stopping in there!

Jack (the snack that smiles back) was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and was one of the only employees who even asked if we needed help while shopping. Jack was knowledgeable and friendly and greeted us with a smile! Really enjoyed our experience because of Jack!

Came here earlier today (3/9/25) to do an exchange - i had bought a face wash previously, but it wasn't working for me personally. I spoke to this very kind girl - i can't remember her name, but she was a young brunette with glasses - and she was so sweet! Showed me some products that were new & similar to products which I had already told her I enjoyed and was even sweet enough to throw me in a freebie because of the previous item not working out :-') it was a very cute experience that i will remember <3

Lush is amazing! My skin loves the products. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love being able to try the products. They also do so much for great causes.
I also love walking into my bathroom and smelling the scent of all the products I have. I wish they had a loyalty program or a purchase tracker of some sort

Awesome atmosphere and helpful, cheerful employees, I really enjoyed the Halloween playlist in the store and walked in while they were playing Dead Man’s Party by Oingo Boingo and told the manager to give my compliments to corporate for the music selection. I ended up getting a Bubble Lugosi and a pumpkin soap and the cashier gave me a free body scrub sample with my purchase. Around the store people were having fun laughing and jiggling the jelly octopus soaps on display.

Staff here are SO KIND. I work with adults with special needs who often go on field trips to the mall and the staff here were more than happy to show us some bath bomb demos and let the students play around with the products. Super accommodating and so very sweet- they made our day!

Always been a big fan of lush, my favorite products are the Don't Look At Me face scrub and the Greased Lightning face gel since I have horrible cystic acne, but the reason I drive 30 minutes here once a month isn't for the products (I can by those online), it's for the employees.Every time I go in, everyone I talk to is just so excited to show me new products and try them out, and I just feel so pampered every time I go in. Me and my boyfriend make a whole day out of it!Our favorite employee is Jordan, we love her so much and we get so excited when we see her. This last time I couldn't find my mask that I needed, and she called other lush stores to track some down for me and had them place it aside for me. I just truly felt like she was on my team and just wanted the best for me. She deserves a raise and a half, I adore her!

Best experience I have ever had at a Lush. Maddie and Jordie both took a bunch of time to walk me through the different bathbombs, perfumes, and skincare options. They listened to me feedback and preferences, had amazing product knowledge and were so warm and genuine the whole time! Between the variety of options, the luxury of the products, and how they have a bunch of budget friendly variations of products, I am a Lush girl for life.!
