“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. “we where greeted as soon as we walked in by Shawn, he gave us excellent service we ended up ordering a custom suit and pick it up yesterday. It is a beautiful suit, we are we are very happy with our choice , they have a great employee with Shawn and the seamstress was also excellent on fitting. will go back there again Thanks”

“We recently made a visit to another MW store and were there 30 mins (and the only customers in the store) while 4 employees chatted and never said a word to us to help us. We decided to come to this store and within one minute we were greeted and helped (and we were not the only customers). Anna came in and saved the day. She helped us with sizing and fit and tailoring with Lucy and we were in and out quickly and happily. I would highly recommend this store over the other one near the large St. Louis mall!!”

“Shopped at Arie for bras, Jess and Kabrina helped me out. The only reason for 4 stars was just not walking out with a bra that I fell in love with. Not the employees fault! My bf wasn’t bothered by other employees to leave so that was good! The employees did their best. The sizes, and my sister bra sizes just didn’t work with me.”
