“We take my very large dog with arthritis and a torn acl to be bathed. He has difficulty getting into the bath. The employees are always very accommodating by finding an additional step for my guy to get in. It also takes more than the 20-minute max, and they are pretty understanding. “I've been taking my dog here for over 8 years and had nothing but top-notch care for my boy. I unfortunately had to have him put down a few weeks back, and the staff were so kind throughout the whole experience. The hospital has a separate room for saying goodbye to your pet that is comfortable and quiet, and for me it made all the difference to feel like I could take my time to say goodbye and not feel rushed. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail afterwards signed by most of the staff and the vets that was handwritten and so thoughtful. The staff here clearly love and care about animals and it shows through all that they do. They really made a very difficult time go just a little bit smoother for me.”
