I do not normally leave google reviews or even negative ones at that, but this was just not a pleasant experience. Anytime I asked if something was in stock, the teenage workers (who were obviously there alone) immediately said they didn’t know if it was, then turn a shoulder and walk away. Their willingness to assist customers was obviously not there, and it was something I desperately needed as I was trying to purchase a gift for a friend, and I do not know much about sports. They also continued to exchange foul language among one another including some homophobic and racial slurs which made me extremely uncomfortable. If you are looking for something specific and know where it is in the store, then go ahead, but do not expect to be offered help by those who work there.

I recently shopped twice at Rally House in Des Peres, and Tiffany was such a wonderful help to me both times. With a big smile, she immediately offered to assist me in finding some special items. What fun she made my shopping experience!

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. I think the young man who helped me had to take downtrodden the top row about 5 different jerseys at 5 different times. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I always go to this location !

Bought an expensive pull over. The logo came off after one wear. They refused to exchange. Better to just go to Target.

I came into this store with my family to look for game gear last week and again today. The store still has a sign up that says they have no AC. This store is extremely hot and uncomfortable. I feel horrible for the employees that work here. No one should have to work in these conditions. I will not be returning until this is fixed... If I could give zero stars for this store's condition I would.

Ordered a shirt for store pickup. I get to the store and shirt is half the price it was on line. When I asked about it the staff said they do it from time to time. When the shirt was scanned it was 75% off. I asked that the price be adjusted and was told he could not adjust price nor could I return and purchase it at discounted price. I will never purchase again

Found exactly what I needed in every size and color. The sales clerks were so nice and helpful. At checkout they realized an error on a price and fixed it with no questions asked. Then gave me a birthday discount because it was my birthday. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. I will be back!

Well stocked, nice atmosphere. Greeted warming at the front door without overwhelming sales pressure. Found exactly what I was looking for, without it being overpriced. Good quality merchandise, fair price and friendly staff. Well done by all. Recommend 4 stars.

I bought a ticket to have my favorite player, Yadi, sign an item for me. I knew right away I would buy a blue Molina jersey. I swear there was only one in St. Louis at Rally House - Brentwood. I paid online and went to pick it up a couple hours later. I didn't pay attention that I had to wait for an e-mail that said it was ready for pickup, so that's my bad, but unfortunately they didn't have it, or any adult size in any color. A couple other stores had white ones. So I ordered a white one the next day, paid online, and waited for the pickup e-mail. When I picked it up, I just double-checked that they didn't have any blue and was told that they didn't have any in stock, but that I could buy a plain blue mlb one and have their Fenton store press Yadi's name and number and it will be the same as the one I wanted originally! I was so excited! Thank you to Kiona (spelling?) for telling me, I would have never known that was an option! You made my day! And thanks to the ladies at the Fenton store, you did a fabulous job!

Great selection of Cardinals and Blues fan clothing. They also carry clothing and collectibles for some of the local and regional teams.
