The workers here are always so friendly, inviting and helpful in finding or trying anything. I rarely purchase when I go in due to the expensiveness (that is reasonable for the product quality!) but even when I walk out empty handed the staff still treats me like a purchasing customer with appreciation and care. Love going in for just the vibes!

Amy was so great. Needed help finding some sort of glitter for an upcoming concert and she took me around the store showing me her favs. So sweet and helpful! And to add on, Kimmy was also very helpful. She gave my sister some recommendations on mascara and also helped with color matching my mom. Overall just a great staff here.

This is long overdue, but I had an incredible experience here last October. I had a big opportunity come up at work and wanted to get all new makeup (I didn't have much to start with anyway). Makiyah F. gave me so much great advice (I don't know much about makeup) and truly listened to my needs and wants. She made the experience fun and stuck with me until I found everything I needed (this took A LOT of time). She was very patient and determined to find me the best options. I learned a lot and walked away feeling much more confident. Highly recommend this store and Makiyah for great customer service!

The team was extremely helpful. Emily helped me find a good powder and blush that work wonderfully for me--she was extremely kind and had no problem when I kept asking for help. Fatima was also extremely helpful. She took the time to help me find a sunscreen that I liked and even shade matched me with concealer. The team here is very professional and welcoming.

When I came to exchange a natasha denona highlighter trio the associate was very confused and kept thinking it was an eyeshadow palette. I was wanting to exchange because mine came broken. She seemed to still be confused and gave me a refund which wasn't helpful since I bought it on sale I wouldn't have the same amount to repurchase it and she told me there was no way to get it back now. I feel like my item was stolen from me and I don't want to repurchase it for double the price I paid for. The worst part is she gave me a gift card I would've felt better having the money refunded onto my card. This is very frustrating and not my usual experience in this store.

Hallie is an amazing artist for all of your events! Super fun and easy to communicate with easily accomplished a extravagant look I showed her for a ball I was going too 10/10 recommend

literally cannot stand this location. im always being followed around and stared down. galleria and town and country doesnt even compare to how bad it is here. its like they profile me and assume im shoplifting so they have to follow me around. i dont need to be checked on every 2 seconds when im clearly doing just fine swatching colors on my hand. im sorry if ur job is boring, but i do not need to be nagged and stared down for simply browsing. one time i literally had to give a worker attitude because i was looking at the shampoos and she paced back and forth past me asking if im okay 4 times in 2 minutes (no exaggeration i cannot make this up). i get shoplifting is a big problem, but i am nottt the one and continuously and obviously watching me like a hawk is just going to make me leave, with no purchase. ill take my business to ulta or online. and no, i dont need a basket if i have 2 things in my hand.

I had the BEST shopping experience here. I came to this location on my birthday to get myself some gifts. William took time to walk me around the store and helped me pick out some great things. I’m a Dasher and was doing a shop and deliver order. I was immediately overwhelmed by the countless products and groups of people. Mimiw saw me right away and asked if I needed help. I wouldn’t have been able to complete the order without her! 5 stars for such a quick and kind experience.
