“It's not a secret that malls aren't as busy as they used to be. I, myself, rarely go to the mall anymore due to the ease of shipping and online shopping. I came here to do some shopping with my mom and was delightfully surprised with how many people were here and how lively everything was. Post covid I haven't been here that often, so I had a false sense of what it would be like. While it wasn't hard to find a parking space by any means, everything was lively and people seemed to be happy to be out and about. The mall itself was very clean and everything was kept up with. I've been to other shopping centers where escalators were broken, bathrooms weren't kept up with etc. The food court has a ton of new options since I've been here last, which is super awesome. There's some local options in there as well, which I feel is really important. This was like a trip back to high school for me and I definitely appreciated it :)”

“I grew up in West County in the local area where this mall is located. Honestly one of the main reasons why I choose to remain living in West County area specifically was due to the fact that I wanted my preteen too be able to have access to a mall like I did growing up. I had my first job at Chesterfeild Mall, and although I am devasted that mall is no longer apart of my life. This mall West County Mall is like starting a new chapter in life.. I was very greatful for the employees at the West County Apple Store in this mall for there apple camp presentations. Big Shout out to the Apple employees for helping become apart of what hopefully is a career path for my child who desires to work for the Apple store!!”

“Love this strip mall. Nail Pro is the best for manis and pedis. Mcalister's has good food at a reasonable price and TJ Maxx is always a fun place to shop with new stuff all the time. Easy to find a place to park and easy to get in and out of.”
