Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!

Tried to drop off an amazon return. Item was in original packaging and just needed a small strip of tape across the top of the 4 inch box. Agent said he could only do that for a $1.00 fee. I understand policy and the agents should not be doing the packaging for free. However, a little good customer service would have gone a long way with me and others in the lobby and only cost the store a small strip of tape.

Do not go to this UPS under ANY circumstance. I shipped my iPhone to Apple for credit and it arrived as an empty package.

I had a large item to ship & went to this UPS store and they were so helpful and nice! It was spacious in this location as well, I ship a lot for my business & this was one of my most pleasant experiences. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend this location.

This UPS was well staffed and very friendly. That seems to be the only difference between their stores. If you're nearby, there's no need to look for a better one.

The reason you will experience rude service from this company is that they fire any member of staff who is polite without notice.

I have Amazon returns pretty frequently and the staff here is always so friendly and patient, even when I do way too many returns at once. Now they have a self-serve Amazon return counter, which is very convenient.

Always kind personnel, no matter how busy.I was donating a heavy item to someone in Oregon who did my family a favor. The UPS staff recognized my donation as a kindness, and were extremely kind to me, way beyond what was called for. Very rude. Worst UPS store location. I have ever shipped from. Workers full of attitude who like to interrupt and talk over customers. Never shipped my item, day 5 after drop off. Make sure if you stop at Des Peres MO location you keep your receipt.
