Went today to get a last minute Halloween costume... and they were AWESOME! Angel was so helpful and kind.... and i didnt get her name but she was dressed as a black cat! Seriously, answered all my questions and helped me pick an awesome outfit!!!! Thank you guys!

I would rate this zero if I could. Went dress shopping with my daughter and we both waited 45 minutes in line. While we were trying on dresses and associate (assuming it was the manager) said we could not try on each others dresses because apparently each person can only try on a max of 6 items per person total which was not posted or stated to us. I explained I had waited in the line and was entitled to use the fitting room just like everyone else who had waited in line. She told me I could try thing on but she wouldn't sell us anything we tried on. This abhorrent customer service was undeserved after waiting 45 minutes TO GIVE THIS STORE MONEY!!!!!
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WINDSOR.
Corporate office - If you are reading this you need to invest in training your team to understand that customer service and even posting a policy will go along way. I waited in line and was denied the opportunity to shop and purchase from your store. You've lost a long time customer.

I went shopping at Windsor for vacation earlier this week, a manager Arashae was so helpful and even gave me some tips for my vacation. She was so friendly and the rest of the staff was great! Awesome store! Love it here!

I just absolutely love this store! Came in to go prom dress shopping with my friends, I was in last-minute situation and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I bought everything I needed here and didn’t even have to go to another store. Will be back next year!

I had a disappointing experience at this location on 3/23 at 6:00 PM due to the rudeness of the employees. There was only one cashier initially, and when a second employee opened a register, she loudly announced that the store was past closing time, making the remaining customers feel uncomfortable. When she spoke to me, she was unpleasant and had an attitude. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return to this location.

Windsor is a great place to get a homecoming dress and I have went there the past few years. The employees are very kind and helpful, they always welcome everyone and make sure they can find everything they need. The website also works amazing and all the sizes fit correctly. The sizing chart also helps a lot when people don't know exactly what size they are. I will continue to shop here!

Very disappointed. Loved the dresses. My daughter did end up getting a dress from here BUT during her HOCO it literally fell apart. By the time she got home every stitch was busted and the dress had snags all over it. I noticed when we were taking pictures before hoco but after it was a million times worse. I will not be buying from here again.

my mother and i arrived at 7:25, i was going to try on clothes and the woman said i couldn’t but there was other people in the fitting rooms. she said they were going to close but the mall closes at 8. she said she had to put the clothes from the fitting room away and refused to let us go in the fitting rooms.

No one that works there is friendly what so ever, we asked for help a head full of times and they talk to amongst themselves and acted like we didn’t ask for help. Want to and asked them again. The women acted like we were a burden to her . Don't plan on going back .
