“Let me take a moment to highlight just how exceptional Micah is. Throughout my life, I’ve visited many stores and even worked as a cashier myself. Today, in the check-out line, I witnessed patience, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help that exceeded all my expectations.
As a Support Coordinator for individuals with developmental disabilities, I see the challenges they face daily. While I hope for this level of care from staff members, it’s often lacking in our community. However, Micah truly raised the bar. He assisted a customer in counting their change with such patience, warmth, and kindness.
For many individuals I work with, shopping can be anxiety-inducing, and moments like these can make them hesitant to even leave the house. “They didn't have one thing I needed. The poor guy working inside looked like he had been working overtime and he was the only worker I seen. No one else. I give him props for sticking with it through the pandemic. It's hard....they are out of a lot of things though”
“Great staff. I will say that I see way to many empty slots where products should be. Often, I can not buy what I need as shelves are empty. This is a relatively new store and manager says they don't order, but the home office does. Really frustrating. Thanks”
“The staff there are all great. They are overworked to say the least. I believe a company that wealthy, could surely afford to hire staff to come in and stock shelves and put away the supplies. Instead, they rely on the 2 cashiers they have per shift to handle customers and handle stocking. It is nearly all females that work down there, and stocking some of the items is difficult for them. Perhaps if Dollar General cared more for the employees they would have a lower turn over rate.”

“OMG! There are 9 DG all within 10 minutes from me and this is my favorite. The CS is exceptional. I NEVER have to worry about them being out of something because they never are. They have a selection of home decor items that are equal to or better than what Target has and I've seen the same decor here at Target and Hobby Lobby. This place is clean, bright, friendly, BIG and my favorite. If you visit, it'll be your favorite as well!”
“Nice, neat, and clean store, as it's a newer store. Clean and spacious parking lot. Really hope that the interior and exterior stays in great shape, unlike some of the other, more older, Dollar General stores. This is definitely my "go to" location.”
