I have a cabin in Ste. Genevieve County. I was thinking that morning that I needed to call them.to fill the tank for the winter. An hour later, a guy shows up, said he was in the area and thought he'd check on the tank. He was fast and very polite. Plus, he saved me a phone call!

2 years in 2021 they came out and checked our propane tank to inspect to make sure there was no leaks. It was supposed to be free but charged us because we wouldn't get on 1 of their plans. Call them on September 7th 2023 to fill it. Found out on the 15th of September it wasn't really their tank they shouldneverhad serviced it. We have been trying to get a refunds since then. They forced the debit through but can't forced a credit through. Then said they would expedite a check on the 16th of October it's the 19th of October still no check. In the meantime we had to pay Ameria gas to fill it which they did with no problem we needed that money to pay the other company. I would not ever use ferlloyfor anything .gas

Ferrel gas keeps asking me for a review.O.k., here it is.When I first moved into this house, the previous owner had Ferrel Gas as their provider. They stated the propane tank was a part of the house, owned.I called Ferrel Gas to ask about the residence, they stated their records did not show a Ferrel gas owned tank at that residence. The tank was painted silver long ago and chipping away.I bought the house and kept Ferrel Gas as my provider.A year later I received a rental bill for a Ferrel gas owned propane tank, and every year after that. The first time I got the bill I called them about and they stated it was their tank and had no record of me ever making a previous inquiry. When I asked how long that tank had been there, they stated they had no record of that. When I asked how much the previous owner paid annually and how many years they had rented the tank they claimed they couldn't share that information. Two and a half years ago during an extremely icy winter I requested a tank fill as my heat is propane l, after two weeks I called, the roads were clear and they assured me I was in the list, another two weeks go by, I'm dangerously low by now, and they originally stated I never made a request then abruptly said they found it in the wrong pile, after I told them I am a disabled combat veteran and maybe I need to talk to someone elseTwo years ago I called and stated since I'm renting the tank and it belongs to Ferrel gas who is responsible for its maintenance and upkeep, a painful acknowledgement of they were, was my answer.I asked about my gauge appears to be sticking, for over two+ years it uses a weekly amount of propane if 2.5 to 3 percent. They stated it doesn't stick, it's just the hot weather causing the expansion. So I replied, well it's been stuck for a month and the temperature has dropped an average of 20 degrees as a daily high.I also asked for my tank to be repainted, they sent someone out, and as I recall they said it's not the right kind of weather (rainy and cold. They then tapped in my tank gauge and said these types of gauges don't stick, don't worry about it.Now two years later. My tank is still not painted. My gauge still sticks randomly for weeks at a time and even shows an increase in product during cooler weather.I can't afford their asking price to buy the tank, I can't afford the fee (nor the headaches) for them to take back their tank if I cancel service and then pay a new company to install a tank while going without propane. And now they have a nice phone automated system where I can't really talk to a person.I'm kind of stuck where I'm at.

Delivery driver was rude and arrogant. He left the top up on the Tank and left my gate open allowing animals to get out.
