“I stopped by the Deloge, Mo. Cricket Wireless store on 11/14 with my mother in laws phone that she had somehow locked, but didn't know the pattern to unlock it. The employee that I spoke with was Devon, and he really went above and beyond to help me get into her phone. I don't think I've ever received such great customer service. As he was looking at the phone, we also spoke about future phone needs for my mother in law, because this isn't the 1st time, and im sure won't be the last that her phone gets messed up. When we're ready to get a more appropriate phone for her situation, I will definitely be back to talk to Devon specifically. I appreciate when I can walk into a business and find an employee that actually understands.”
