Unico Bank has always been helpful in my experience. I just recently reset my pin because the old one stopped working. Kirsten was very helpful, nice, and respectful. But like many banking entities if there are multiple tries to access my card Unico will put a hold on that debit card until you reset your PIN, and I do appreciate that to keep scammers from stealing my hard earned money.

This bank seems to lack integrity and good business habit. Balance Inquiries, for example, cost $2.50. Beware of hidden fees.

Friendly customer service, but dont ever plan on ordering anything online with them. I get that their trying to protect your information, but the protect it so much that it quite literally becomes an inconvenience as they will lock your card if anything is remotely suspicious to them.

Worst bank we have ever dealt with. They lock your account up over everything. I appreciated it at first feeling like my money was at least safe but then it got ridiculous and hard for me to order anything online. In addition they messed up my boyfriends account so bad it took is months to get our money back and a whole lot of our time. We actually had to contact the FDIC ourselves and come to find out that's what there suppose to do when they have a situation like ours that they could not fix. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.

I was referred to the Farmington UNICO Bank by a gentleman at the Park Hills Location to receive more information on a business loan. Called them two days in a row and the lady had "just stepped out of the office" both days and they weren't sure if she was coming back. A business generally survives on people answering their phones, gaining new relationships and not sitting in their office with the door shut playing on their phone telling the front desk they aren't accepting calls because their "too busy". Any business that allows its employees to not answer and return phone calls makes me wish their was a negative rating to be given.

It's usually difficult to find personnel at a banking institution who are friendly, outgoing, and "go out of their way" to assure that their customers receive the very best banking experience. However these traits are commonplace at Unico, and tend to make everyone feel welcome. But at Unico, customers know that they can count on just this. 3 times now the atm has either shorted me money, or not gave it to me at all!!!! It's a HUGE HASSEL to get your money back, if you use the atm, I suggest video taping it to prove anything! I know I will expecially after it just shorted me 400.00!!!!!
