Seriously 3 hours to put two tires on the rims. Not even on the car. The people working in the tire service department couldn't care any less. It's like they're just trying to get fired.

Well took car back after getting oil change Sunday they said my car was vacuumed out and I got charged for it and they didn't vacuum it. I asked for my money back so the manager Jason made sure we got top priority and the car was taken care of. They went back over everything

Waited for hours to get my oil changed just to find out they didnt carry the right oil filter. Truly horrible service. Technicians should make sure they have the right parts before making customers wait.

Went in for lightbulbs and an inspection. Went inside for an hour an with their expertise, there were able to get one bulb changed. Such a pathetic excuse for mechanics. Haven't even started the inspection yet. Save your time and money and dont go to walmart for automotive work. You will only receive incompitance

I went in for a flat repair on a Sunday. I waited for 2 hours.....still hadn't even touched my truck. So, I thought maybe Sunday was just a bad day to go there. So, I went and got my keys and left. I just figured that I would try on Monday. I got there at 3:50pm on Monday afternoon. At 6:40pm, I finally got my truck done. I spoke with the management, and was told that they were just swamped. This was well after the person who checked my truck in said there was only one vehicle in front of me. Almost 3 hrs later, I was in conversation with yet another manager, who told me that vehicle inspections are top priority at Walmart now. So I proceeded to ask how many inspections had come in. ZERO! Not a single one. So I figured it wasn't out of the question to get my repair fee waived. I was wrong. I spent over 5 hrs in two days, to get a nail out of my tire. I promise this...... I will NEVER go back to Walmart for a tire issue! EVER!

I normally do my oil changes myself but their pricing is to hard to pass up when your feeling lazy in the colder seasons! Oil and filter quality seemed at least on par with what I normally use and nothing was out of place!

They take some time but they get the job done and the prices aren't too bad either but I think that I prefer to go to the Farmington store its just a better store

Got a great deal on tires. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Did quick work and I was out of there in no time.

I brought in a tire that had a screw in it and after telling me they could fix it by plugging it and having me wait for an hour and a half they came back to tell me that the hole was too big to be fixed. I then bought a $3 do it yourself plug kit and plugged it myself in about 15 minutes and the tire has been fine ever since. I would not suggest spending $10 to get your tire plugged and patched here. You'd be better off going to an auto part store and buying a plug kit yourself.

Good value for when you don't have time to change your own oil. Be ready for a long wait tho.
