Bought several vehicles from them over the years. They have always been great to deal with. They have been upfront and honest and I feel like they go the extra mile for their customers.

They were awesome, great vehicle and customer service was amazing. I spoke with the owner and he truly worked with me. I was turned down by over 50 lenders scattered over 10 car lots because of my credit and Browns was the only lot that was able to get me in a car to fit me and my family of 4 in 24 hours.
I got a 2019 Ford F-150 eco boost

I waited on writing this review because I don't like hurting people's business and hopefully things would work itself out. Now it's been 2-12 months and we are still having issues with the car I wanted to make everyone aware before you buy a car from here what you may be dealing with. I have attached a letter I sent the owner on messenger(this is what happened in the first few weeks of having the car)
Hello ! We are the ones that bought the 2013 for escape from you. We have had it 3-1/2 weeks now and got to drive it 3 days.
We was doing a good thing for someone and it bit us in the butt.
First we paid 93.00 for for an alignment which you have to have after you put in a new CV axel.(they changed the CV axel before we bought it and didn't even do an alignment) Then we were told the water pump was going out and it would cost us 1200.00. Then transmission started acting up. And the baring was locked up where the CV axel goes in.(we was told by a local mechanic that whoever put the new CV axel in should have noticed that) After we spent 230.00 to have it towed to you I felt you tried to do us right and fix the water pump etc by only charging us 370.00. Problem is it didn’t make it home without the transmission slipping. Now it sets at a transmission shop with the transmission needing replaced. They are telling me 3500.00 for a new transmission. You cannot tell me you didn’t know there was issues with this car. I know it says buy as is. But come on. We didn’t make it from Dextar the first time and knew the water pump was acting up. The. You had it for 5 days and it didn’t make it back home with out the transmission acting up. I hope you will do something about this. If not I will post a review and fb this is not right to do to good ppl.
So above is the letter I sent them and the response was we offered you the warranty and you didn't take it. Because they came down 900.00 on the car he told me he couldn't to afford to fix anything. We did have it towed from Jackson because they offered to fix the water pump and the axel baring that was stuck at his cost. We were so grateful that they only charged us the 370.00 their cost but like we said it didn't make it back to Jackson without the transmission slipping. So we had no choice to put 3800.00 transmission in the car. NOW we have a 5,000.00 car with 9700.00 in it. I feel a good business person would gave us our 5,000.00 back and would have took the car and fixed everything then sold it. The person who sold us the car was very nice and seemed to know her stuff but I feel the things wrong with the car they should have noticed because the first thing my local mechanic said was you got yourself a lemon. If anyone has more questions they would like to ask me feel free to reply to the review.

They pretty much sold me a terrible truck and said that it passed inspection. I worked hard to give them money for something that didn't work for a month at least. Better Business bureau needs to take action and make this business shut down!

Very unhappy with this place wouldn't even give it 1 star, bought a vehicle from them, and it didn't even last 2 weeks. The transmission was crap, and the motor ended up being no good either! They won't even look at it after you purchase it, they said you bought it you are going to have to deal with it. Wish people were more honest, because some people don't have the money to just go out and get another vehicle.

Brown auto will sell anything that is a lemon! I would never buy from them again! After a month my son’s motor was messing up and I called them to be told they would do nothing. I took the vehicle to Autry Morlan and found out the motor is shot and will now cost over 8700.00 to fix! Watch who you buy a vehicle from don’t buy from them they are shady and lying people!!! They buy from auction and resell after fixing small things to get by you! They will try and sell you anything!! Be careful!!

Bought a van from them last week. They were upfront about what they knew about the car and honest. Pretty hands off with letting me look it over, even raising the vehicle to see the underside and taking a wheel off. Had 30 mins to test drive which is about standard. There really wasn't any sales pitch, but all questions got answered and allowed me to form my own opinion without any sales games.
Bought the van for what I would consider a very fair price. I liked the fact that it was a pure sale without having to negotiate any fees and add ons. Very easy and laid-back sales process. Car was sold as is, so I can't comment on warranty, but it is offered by them if interested. After the sale, they were very responsive with questions and quick to get the title to me.
I would buy a car here again and would recommend.

My 19yr old daughter purchased her first car here. On her own, a 2011 Chevy Cruz and so far so good. There were some minor things but that's expected with a used as is inexpensive ($5900) car. She likes it and is able to get to work and around, which is why we needed something reliable, inexpensive, and without major issues. Brown delivered and they were super informative and responsive to our needs. Love the front desk lady, and the mechanic. They were very honest about the issues the car had, and offered ways that they could help if any issues arise. Appreciate their honesty and we will be back. I have 2 more teenager. Lbvs!

Horrible experience, was given false information about a vehicle I bought. He said it was a great and safe far. I had to have it towed not even 24;hours, he said he fixed it but I got stranded and had to get it towed again. He passed the inspection and I took it straight to ****************** and he wouldn't pass inspection. Breaks locked up, there tire issues and the back break light was busted. He lied to my daughter and I, hed rather put a life in danger just to make an extra buck. He took advantage of us because we were women and didn't know what to look for I just took his word. It's taken me 2 years to buy a vehicle and to start driving again. I had a horrible car accident hydroplaning into a semi and another vehicle leaving me with every bone in my body was broken I wasn't supposed to live but I beat the odds. And I'm not only physically messed up but mentally as well. And the owner knew my situation and still put me and my daughter in a dangerous vehicle. Now that I did have enough nerve to drive again I have a car that doesn't run. I think he should be liable for fixing the car or giving my money back. He's the most rudest owner of a business that I ever dealt with. I had a business of 25 years in the hairdressing field. I always treated my clients good and I treated then with the upmost respect. He doesn't need to be an owner, he took advantage of my daughter and I. I don't know how he can even stand himself knowing what he did to us. Do not ever do any kind of business with this lying *****. This is the truth about how I was treated and disrespected. He sold me a very unreliable car just to make a sale that's just repulsive and he needs to do what's right.

Bought a vehicle here and in less then a week completely out of oil, breaks were bad, tire had a slow leak along with some other problems with the motor and something else that nobody can figure out. I called them within that week and they didn’t even try to make anything right just reminded me it was sold as is. I would defiantly NOT buy another vehicle from these people. I do understand that as is, is just that but you would think that within less then a week they would had at least offered to take a look at it. I spend $30 every week or so on oil. This isn’t acceptable for things to go amuck that fast. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!
