They are very knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to help customers with their music needs, whether they are just starting out learning or are experienced. Customers have praised them for outstanding jobs in helping find the right equipment and taking excellent care of them. They have successfully helped customers find cases for guitars and other items. Dexter Music Center also provides excellent repair services, cleaning up, restringing, and fixing neglected electric guitars for a very reasonable price. They provide comfort and confidence in purchasing new instruments, offering additional photos, the opportunity to return items if they don't work out, and answering questions. The final cost of guitars is often far below what customers expect, offering exceptional service and exceptional price.

Excellent customer service! I bought an epiphone sg standard over the weekend and when I got home i noticed a little crack by the nut so i called them and brought it back to them and they swapped it out with another one with no problem! Great customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in for a complete gig set up and the boys there did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me find the right equipment and took excellent care of me. Cannot recommend them enough. BRAVO!
